AT&T Store

This store is great. It's my go to ATT store in Greensboro. I made the mistake of trying out the Friendly location and got HUSTLED there, but the team at the Battleground store fixed that for me and validated that the other store was obviously just trying to pad their numbers to add lines (they said it way more professionally than that, but still).

In addition to that, the wait times are so much better. I got seen immediately, while in Friendly Center it took an hour.

The team is very transparent and knowledgeable.

Payne was wonderful! Took care of my email issue patiently and a lot of troubleshooting much to my relief! I would recommend this store highly as I have had great customer service whenever I go there.

Lost all service in the big network crash on 2/22/24. Went in the store & Anthony got me up & running in 15 mins. Astounding service considering the magnitude of people affected. 👍🙏

We went to the Battleground ave location after five(5) visits to the Friendly Center Location(yes you read that right; FIVE VISITS). It does not take 5 visits to transfer a line but the team at Friendly makes it SO difficult. In fact, they told me it could not be done.
After leaving Friendly on Thursday 05/11/23, we decided to stop at the location on Battleground ave.
Anthony helped us to transfer the phone number to AT&T. We were in and out of the store with a new phone, phone case, screen protector, and a Pop socket - All under 60minutes.
Go and see Anthony L at the AT&T on Battleground Avenue in Greensboro. He will respect your time, he pays attention to detail, and his customer service is exceptional.

I wish I had caught the salesman's name who helped me. But it was Monday evening about 7pm. He went above and beyond to help me and was extremely patient and kind. A couple of other customers came in while I was there and he treated everyone with the same courtesy. It was a much better visit than i was expecting. Thank you!

My phone wasn't working and Hunter got me in and out in under 10 minutes fixed and on my way. Very Competent, Friendly and Professional...Great asset to the business.

Walked in and Trevor was the only employee there, and was busy with a customer. But after a few minutes let us know that he'd be with us in just a minute. After finishing up with his customers, he helped me to payoff my phone, and set me up on a new unlimited account within a matter of 10 minutes.

Trevor and Crystal provided excellent service. Provided information about my options and any special offers. Made the transition to my new phone easier. Great customer service. Will come back here if I need any help with my AT&T service in the future.

Service was really great. Had a great salesman that was really nice and courteous to work with. He did a great job considering he was alone in the store with about three people needing to be Helped. The salesman’s name was Terrence and he worked at the battleground avenue store In Greensboro North Carolina. He was awesome check him out.

The person who greeted me got me helped in short order. A bit upset at the company in general for making me have to call my request in but that’s not this store location’s fault. They did their job well.

Today I walked in very upset, and a little distraught. about my apple phone not working. Anthony the salesman was extremely patient, thoughtful, and honest. I am a long term T-Mobile customer and recently decided to switch to At&T due to the lack of coverage. I chose this place, after reading reviews. Jason was the guy who helped me to transfer my accounts and set up the family plan. He tried (was successful) a LOT to save me money as much as possible, when he would have an opportunity to skip the pain of going through certain processes.

Once I received the bill. I noticed that there are mistakes and I went back to the store again. Of course, Jason fixed all issues and reduced the bill to the correct amount. Since he had to deal with customer service to fix my issues, I waited in the waiting area for some time. I noticed the exceptional courtesy that he showed to all the customers while he was the only guy working at that time. Also, there was a old lady that brought a partially unrelated question regarding her locked email account (It is not even an AT&T email ). I think she should be able to solve that issue just by calling that particular company but Jason patiently attended to her issue and took care of her issue with respect. He showed kindness and extreme patient.

Just by looking at it, I really need to give the credit where it is due. Jason is good man. AT&T (as well as entire society) needs people like him.
