The Fresh Market - Corporate Office

I was shopping today in Charlotte on Pineville Matthews Road and couldn’t have been more happier with a customer service from the entire team and esp the manager, Tom. I went specifically to purchase their amazing pressed grilled Panini sandwiches (a Rueben for my son!) and when they were all out I was really disappointed. At first I was told they couldn’t make more until later due to the special bread still being frozen but then the manager came over and worked with the team to make me a custom sandwich from ingredients he was able to pull together! Not only was the sandwich simply delicious, but the service was once again five star! Thank you!

I have been a regular customer of Fresh Market-for over 18 years in Fort Myers, Florida, during these years, I patronized this store several times a week.
over the past year or so, I have observed a significant
change in the store in multiple ways. These changes started to occur when the Assistant Manager Jessica arrived at this Store.The appearance i.e. cleanliness improved, stock was neatly placed on the selves and
and staff were neatly and appropriately dressed , just to name a few examples.The staff seem energized & enjoying their work. The Assistant Manager Jessica, immediately exemplified an infectious enthusiasm in doing her job and this was reflected in the job performance of the staff. I have seen her at the store in the early morning, mid-day and late at night during the work week as well as weekends. I have three daughters who live in different states & they always want to go to our Fresh Market for the soup & salad, Bar, deli department and they love the quality of the meats, fish items, sushi products... just to name a few departments & areas of the Store.
As a result of their visit to this store , they regularly shop at their Fresh Markets in their home towns & states. In summary, this employee, Jessica, has raised the “bar” for other Fresh Markets to follow.

I was so distressed that the Fresh Market on River Run in Fort Worth TX was closed.
Then I receive an email saying the Market is open on Saturdays in June!!!!!
Really???
Can we get those 'to die for' Lemon Poppy seed muffins??
What about the "California" Amy burgers???
If I email a grocery list, can those items be brought in--
we miss our Fresh Market.

Always a delight from the moment you step in the doorway and smell the flowers, produce, coffee. It is hands down my favorite place to go for food.

Always a great experience shopping. Each area has its own smell- especially produce, coffee and soaps. High-quality meats and wines.

This is a great place to work with a lot of smart hardworking people. No wonder it's the #1 grocery retailer in the country.

I think some of the comments maybe met for other stores. There seems to be a lot of stores named Fresh Market, which is not this chain.

Wow this place is fresh. And great. You walk in and its beautiful from the entrance to the exit. Great high quality food!
