Carolina Electric of Sumter

Carolina Electric was at my home today to do some work. Kenny and Tommy were very professional and respectful. I'm very thankful for the work that they did. I highly recommend Carolina Electric of Sumter.

Very friendly and courteous

I am in (at the time) emergent need of an electrician to check into electrical issues. The evening before this post I coordinated with Alan in regards to what I needed to be done and looked at. We set up a time for the next day around 8am. I called him after working a 12hr night shift to make sure that we were still on for the day. He confirmed. I asked about payment as to whether they accept cards the answer was yes. By phone he stated that he was on the way at 1058am. At 1129 AM, I recieved a text message asking if I lived in a mobile home. I answered yes. I was given a response along the lines of they do not work on mobile homes. I cant speak for their work, because I did not get a chance to recieve it. But as far as wasting my time, that is unnacceptable. I feel these things should be asked and assured of before an appointment is made. I hope this review informs future customers. Its not negative, just better communication and information gathering needs to be practiced.

I had an appointment and no one never showed I tried calling the office no one ever answered the phone no one returned my phone call I was very disappointed
