Evergreen is a wonderful facility! Every employee truly cares about each resident. There are constantly fun things going on for the residents to participate in. The building is smaller than other places but it allows the staff to provide closer care for each resident. I highly recommend this facility for any of your loved ones!!

Evergreen Healthcare Facility is a nice and welcoming facility with a small town family feel. It's an older yet quant place. Don't be fooled by the large fancy places. Small facilities offer the opportunity for staff, residents and loved ones to genuinely get to know and love each other.

I have a friend who has needed nursing care around the clock so his family heard about Evergreen skilled Nursing Center in Burkburnett. I am so grateful that he is at this facility. They make it feel like home and treat the patients and family like royalty. The staff - Nurses, Administration, cooks, Certified Nurses Aides, and everyone else makes the place 2nd to none.
