Holiday Inn Express & Suites Enid-Hwy 412, an IHG Hotel

I travel a lot for work to Enid and I love this IHG hotel. I request the same room. I love the bed in that room. Michelle the night clerk is always so helpful and such a delight. Would recommend it to friends and family

2023 new carpets, unique , modern and functional furniture, window shade and decor makes the room pleasant and comfortable . Change on bed and bathroom exhaust system will reach perfection.
Really nice front desk personel , they keep having incredible guest friendly staff.
Offer en exceptional cases late check out , they make you feel appreciated as HIG member

2020 We stayed at this hotel for two days. This is clean and cozy hotel even in the middle of a snow storm. The breakfast was served by Rosy ,a hotel employee complying with the health recommendations of social distancing ...with wide variety of hot food that included bacon , scramble egg, omelette , sausage and pastry . There were ample of choices at the beverages area. The most complete breakfast we had lately at the holiday inn . Specially when is served by a hotel employee.
It is an old hotel and I can tell they maintain it clean and very functional .
I recommend a suite with jacuzzi , ample and comfortable .
Came back 2 years later in August and October ; found a remodeled hotel, new carpet , new furniture , crispy clean , exactly 5 stars . Front desk check in and out courteous and friendly .

Friendly & helpful staff, great complimentary breakfast, & the bed was so comfortable it was some of the best sleep I've had in years. The restaurant next door has great food, & many places deliver to the hotel. Rooms are equipped with a microwave, fridge, hair dryer, & large flat screen TV on DirecTV service. The only compliant I could have is that the pool was excessively warm (like bath water), but that is simply a personal preference. Highly recommended.

We didn’t have a reservation for the 5 day/4 nights that we ended up staying here (because the Country Inns and Suites across the street had screwed up and we ended of not staying there). I called Holiday Inn Express about 9pm and the woman that answered the phone was so helpful and nice she said they would have a room ready ASAP. When I arrived (three minutes later) I was greeted with a smile, the use of my name and a baggage cart waiting to help us up to our room (after a 7 hour drive that was amazing).

The entire stay was perfect!!! Every time we came and went the front desk used my name, joked with us and checked in with us. I have never slept so soundly and comfortable in a hotel, EVER! The hotel was sold out and yet it was quiet. The showers stayed warm for all three of our morning showers and the breakfast was always well stocked and clean! Holiday Inn Express, you have earned yourself a life long customer!!!!

Good visit. No issues during my stay. The breakfast meals were okay. There was always parking spots available, although parking at the front of the hotel is normally filled up. The rooms were clean, and my room was cleaned very well each day. The hotel is located close to many fast-food joints and restaurants. Keep in mind you can eat breakfast meals at that hotel, but no option for lunch or dinner except you eat out. For the price I paid I think I got my money's worth.

I have been in this Holiday Inn Express several times. And I can tell you that it is always Immaculate. The rooms are so neat and clean, it's like being at home again. They have a nice gymnasium and pool, and lots of other amenities as well as an excellent breakfast each morning. If you are looking for a good place to spend the night, to get a little rest and relaxation, and then a good night sleep, you can't do much better than Holiday Inn Express.

Location was easy to get to. Desk clerk was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Not much noise outside room. Would prefer check out time be later than 11:00AM but I didn't ask for late check out so I can't complain.

The room and lobby smells so good! I would like to give a special thank you to Martha for assisting me on finding my pants. She was super helpful and caring. Loved the hotel, definitely coming back!

Excellent hotel in Enid. Better than the Hampton Inn that we stayed at in Woodward and that is saying quite a bit. Push button pancake maker for breakfast as well as a chlorine vs salt water pool. Great Double Queen Suite for a good price. Clean and friendly.

The ladies were update with our new world. I’ve been in 100 hotels in the last two years and this is my number 1. Clean, quite, and still smells new. Great job Enid

Great overall experience. We did the guided tour and they did a great job. Bring good non slip shoes. Fun for anyone able to handle steps and slippery rocks.

Pretty standard hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of soap/etc. The room coffee tasted like soap but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Yeah, these are pretty much all the same. I like their cinnamon rolls and shower heads.

The hotel service was by far the best service in Enid. They’re super friendly and funny. The room was spacious and clean. I recommend this for everyone

Superior customer service, very clean room although they where doing some remodeling on the 3rd floor but it was fine.
