I was having a craptastic Monday. I couldn't locate exactly what I came for. I was greeted with the most warm, welcoming voice ever asking if I needed any assistance. Amber C. was phenomenal and posted in the right direction, and the encounter turned my Monday frown upside down. I was pleased and will return to this location for more Amber-levels of excellent service!

This store usually has everything you need. Occasionally they are out of stock but generally they are a one stop shop. It's a large place but they do have an app where you can look up what you need. It will take you to the exact aisle and bin where your item is located.

Staff was friendly and helpful with an online pickup. Dude with the orange beanie was quick to say hello and get starting with the order pulling. Knew exactly what to do and gave some helpful information about the pro points on the Lowe’s app.

Further from me than the depot. But definitely as good. Both have pros and cons. Pro for lowes. Better screw/bolt assortment. And lumber seems to be a little cheaper. Craftsmen is home here. They definitely have the best clearance. Not 1 or 2 $ off. They mark it to get rid of it. Just gotta be on your toes.

Lowe's employees can find anything you are looking for in seconds. I always ask, they always deliver. They will bundle your project items and load them for free.

The lady (sales # s0268kb2) at the pickup location was so friendly, helpful, and had amazing customer service.

Been to this lowes a few times and employees have actually asked if I needed help. Amazing to get customer service at a hardware store.

Great place to go! Was able to.get most everything we needed for our home remodel here. John 3:16, Romans 3:23, 6:23, 5:8, 10:9, 13. KJV, Christ died for your sins too! He paid the price. So that you don't have too!

I like Lowe's. Employees have always been helpful.

I like their 5% contractor discount. Their Pro desk is always helpful. Lowes is usually stocked with the items we need. Associates generally know off the top of their head where things are.

As long as the workers there likes to help and they have an updated website its a goof place

They installed a storm door, it had damages. But they replaced it with a nicer door with no damage.

Walked into the Lowes store to purchase some OSB and began loading it up on the cart and almost immediately the cashier came and helped me with the loading. She was very polite and professional! The best visit I ever had at Lowes location! Thank you!

Went into the store, ask an associate where to find what I needed,got help paying for it at the self check out. the employees were very friendly and helpful.the items I got , were actually the marked price, when I went to pay for them.

The staff told me right where to go, several times...thank them for there patients.

Store Manager may not remember me. I had a problem with a Dryer delivery. He took the time to help and it was greatly appreciated.

Store was amazingly clean and well stocked. I had a return that was super easy and quick. The cashier and employees that I interacted with were all polite and helpful.

I received very professional and friendly service from Ashley and Ashton in the Customer Service Department at the 240 and Santa Fe location in Oklahoma City. I like to be treated nicely. Will you tell this news to their store manager.
