This is the only place we go to for all our gaming needs, more or less wants. The staff is always knowledgeable about the new games coming out and are great about helping us find what we're looking for.

Got a replacement on a headset for my son and I'm so upset with myself that I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me but he was GREAT HELP!! I say that because even though the same kind of headset was not available he was knowledgeable of what would work just the same. Thank you now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE !! PEOPLE FRIENDLY!! The workers there are really helpful

The manager(s) can be a bit....aggressive in their helpfulness. Sometimes a dude wants to wander around and see what they want you know? That said the normal employees are super knowledgeable, are clearly passionate about games and don't appear to hate working there. Legit forgot my ps plus card at the register and the guy(forgot his name. I think his badge said he was a trainer?) Called me to let me know. And put it in the drawer for me until i got there. He's legit the reason I don't buy games anywhere else.

My boys wanted a little extra cash for some old games they don't play anymore. Took about 10 minutes for 2 separate transactions. Oh and they couldn't sell without an adults permission! That's a good thing! These boys are turning into young men way too fast!
