My name is Grace. I have been shopping at Staples for the past ten years. But for the past 4 years, I have been working with a lady named Lucy she is at the store off l-240 on service road Oklahoma city Oklahoma. She is a very hard-working lady, very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Each time, I ordered any custom order. She always makes sure that everything turns out perfectly, just like the way I ordered. I am very pleased with her customer service. And with professionalism and also her attitude towards her customers. I will continue to shop at Staples, and also, I will be glad to recommend her to all my friends and family to Staples Store on l-240 Service Road Oklahoma City Oklahoma because of lucy.

We used this location just now to do Amazon returns, and Alvin was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, personable, and helpful. He went out of his way to help remedy an issue with our packaging, and told us how to proceed in the future. Very impressed with his customer service

Nice people, good service. I’ve been trapped in a hotel room with my parents as a 34 year old grown woman for the last week. And we needed to ship grandma’s ashes back home before our flight. After trying to teach my mother how to use a tape gun, I had to walk away. Friendly staff didn’t mind my attempts to hide from my parents. And they helped my mom package the box. 10/10 would ship grandma again.

Luci and Tristan went the extra mile in assisting me with printing large photos. I appreciate their help even with closing time nearing, I know they had tasks to do but they made sure to help me and for that I want to acknowledge Luci and her leadership. Thanks so much!

I ordered an office chair online to pick up in store 30 minutes before the store closed, when they website clearly stated allow an hour. Well of course when I got to the store, they couldn't find the web order because it had not been processed yet. The employee went ahead and price matched the chair so I could get it that day & cancel my online order! And this was all done curbside. I never had to leave my car. I love great customer service!

We purchased all of our office supplies there to great place to shop. Customer service is wonderful we recommend it.

Rachel and Luci were awesome! I was struggling to print an image and Rachel actually tried to help me, Luci checked me out at the UPS station and she was also very kind and helpful. The manager is doing something right at this location!

I absolutely love this place! I am in there often and they ALWAYS make me feel like royalty! Mary, Amy, Carrie May, Lucy, Rachelle, Martha & all the rest of the crew there is beyond phenomenal! I would highly recommend this store to anyone that is needing business handled properly! I have been to other Staples locations & business supply stores of which I will leave un-named and there is NONE that compare to the pricing & customer service you will find by this incredible team of people. They consistently go above and beyond every thing that I need. If I could rate them a million stars I truly would!

Came in to get a chair for my son's desk and Luci was super helpful. She made our shopping experience easy and her positive upbeat attitude was appreciated.

Absolutely amazing! I needed some business cards and flyers done fast after the other print shop I was using failed to complete my order in time. Dustin was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient! I wouldn’t be able to do my presentation tomorrow without his amazing customer service.

After a long and stressful week, it's always nice to know that the Staples employees at this location will always go the extra mile. As a teacher still working toward certification, nothing is more stressful than realizing you need to scan a bunch of pages to meet a deadline and not sure where to turn to when your tiny printer can't do the job. Thank you, Zeus for helping me with my print job. It means more than I can possibly express.

The print center is always professional and attentive to everything I have ever needed. I recieved help with VA paperwork, Tribal programs and just random dl and printing of various items throughout the past 5 years. Sad to be moving away from my neighborhood Staples but I always know where to turn to when I need help! Thank you Staples!

Maybe because it was slow, but excellent customer service. Given all I needed was mail from my mail box but I had 3 employees verify I was getting help and they were courteous.

Love this store! I needed some invitaions made for my mothers memorial and a mistake was made on the size that i had requested, but they fixed it with zero hassle plus gave me extras with envelopes as well as letting me keep the larger sized invitations. So greatful for their help. Will send other folks to this store for sure....thanks again!

Friday afternoon on 04 March I asked the young man in Tech Support for help with the Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M277dw Printer which I purchased from Staples within the last six months. All of my color documents were being printed with red, blue and yellow vertical stripes running through the documents. I had samples of the documents. Visiting with one of the employees was not helpful. Today, Monday 07 March, I returned to Staples and spoke with a manager who referred me to the same young man. This time he was very helpful and we resolved the problem. Now my printer works as it should. Thank you Staples.

Absolutely nobody does Black Friday better than Staples! Highly organized, with friendly service. They take the stress out of holiday shopping! Well done!

I want to give a personal thanks to Lucita at the copy and print station, she was patient and helpful with returning a package I needed to return that day all within a few minutes before they closed.

I have always gotten Great service that this Staples store! The people are very friendly and helpful. Prices seem fair. Tech center and print center very good.

Raisa is the only competent employee at this location - if it was not for her I would be giving them 1 star.
