My children and I have been here many times for the walk-in clinic and the staff has been wonderful everytime! Little wait, friendly nurses, smooth check-in process, and super clean office! Lisa Sherrif is my favorite nurse practitioner!

I am able to make an appointment there to see my primary care physician at my convenience. Plus it it closer to where I live. The staff is very friendly and the wait time is not bad. I could also have my Labs done there

Quick, friendly and fast visits. Love that this is a walk in clinic!. Staff ia very caring and nice. A facility like this is a huge asset to our community!

Horrible treatment from the staff. I checked in 6 minutes late due to my condition at the time, I was lucky to get there. The receptionist was the rudest. LITERALLY huffing and puffing at me and tapping her fingers on the desk waiting on me to find my insurance card. It wasn't until they got my vitals that they started being more professional. They have me the appointment at 4:40 knowing they close at 5, but then they get rude with me for being there?!?! The doctor was the only one who was caring and conducted herself in a professional manner. I couldn't be seen because I was in a critical situation and was told to go to ER. I might have been 6 minutes late, but my BP was also at stroke level. Give me a break please. I had never been to the clinic and got lost.

So, this is NOT really a walk-in clinic! Virtually have to have an appointment in order to be seen. Wife's forearm swollen and sore and the earliest they could see her was two days later ... WHAT A CROCK!

Urgent care was designed to help people with non-life threatening problems so Emergency Rooms would not have to be over run. Why are they closed on Friday?

Don't go! Dr. Oligonda is horrible. You have to wait for 3 hours to see her. Argues with you, she interups you, cant understand her and extra. I tried to switch doctors and you have to get aprovel from your doctor & the other doctor. The doctors will not take patients from other doctors. They see it as stealing the patients from the other doctor, so you want a new doctor because you dont like your doctor. Your screwed they screw over there patients. Its all about keeping the doctors happy not the patients. Needles to say I'm done with United Regional waste off time. All I got for going is anxiety and panic attacks. None of my family will be going back so in the long run. They just lost 4 patients. My mom & I were already going now we are leaving United Regional due to this. My husband & father were going to switch & start going but now. They do not want to switch. Maybe someday they will change it when they relise all there doing is lossing patients and money.

My daughter was a patient and literally you cannot get this place to answer the phone. I sat on hold over and over never getting anyone to pick up. Had to go in person on more than one occasion to make an appointment and then the staff behind the glass are rude and unprofessional

Charged full service fees to give me a packet of papers with innacurate information for a mental health clinic and not actually help me continue prescriptions I was already on
