I LOVE the Starbucks in Manchester!! I come almost every morning and get a refresher and they always call me by name! Makes me feel so special and they are always so friendly:)

Super polite employees & they got the order correct the 1st time eventhough my children had individual specific orders.

I always just go thru the drive thru. I love the white chocolate mocha iced. I just get the same thing.

As a Realtor, I like to take potential clients to Starbucks to go over process of buying/selling homes. It helps settle the nerves and prepare them on what's to come. Having a well known menu and variety of options helps and who doesn't love just hanging out with someone and a good cup of coffee!! Didn't give 5 stars on atmosphere as there are not many tables away from counter for a conversation and can be distracting. If they move large table in middle and smaller tables around the outside wall it may function better.

For a small town location, this place satisfied my wife and I. Initially, we made an online pickup order. At the drive thru, we added a beverage and there was absolutely no problem, which was awesome. At the window, we fumbled our payment by accidentally using an old card and then missed the employee’s hand completely when we thrust a different card at her. She took the whole exchange with stride, which made our day. I hate that we didn’t get her name. We’ll definitely be back, though.

I usually use the mobile app but when I have to go inside or the drive thru they are fast and courteous. The egg bites and chocolate croissant I've gotten were delicious.

The worker's are excellent they do a great job of taking care of their customers and making sure that the customers get exactly what they want.

I always love to stop here for coffee when i have long drives. I drive from this little town near Chattanooga to Nashville every weekend and this place gets my drink done right! Sometimes they make it super charged with I don't mind strong coffee (better for me) cause I drive a 7 hr trip. I've gone to locations in Chattanooga, Nashville, Murfreesboro, Cleveland, Hixson, Smyrna. And this location right here in Manchester is better at making my shaken espressos , love you guys!! Y'all rock.

😁Friendly and fast service! Never had a terrible experience here! Great caramel lattes! Despite long lines sometimes, it moves WAY faster than Dunkin’ Donuts 45 minute wait for a line of four cars. 😑

The Starbucks barista was easily the funniest barista I've met. He gave me and the guy I was with a couple name and it made a run of the mill coffee trip so much more fun!

My favorite Starbucks in Middle Tennessee! Every time I come through here I always have the absolute best experience. All the employees are super friendly and helpful no matter how complicated your drink order is! On my most recent visit the Store manager Begutay happen to be in that day. When I asked to speak with him he immediately stopped what he was doing to give me his full attention. I was not surprised at all by how friendly and attentive he was. With the way the world is right now I know it can be difficult to keep up good customer service but Begutay and his crew never miss a beat. It takes a good hardworking leader to run such a solid store! 5 stars always!

I was just passing through and needed a place with WiFi to stop and take an exam, so I stopped at this Starbucks location. The staff was wonderful, they were disinfecting and cleaning throughout the time I was there, being incredibly respectful and energetic and kind and handled customers who weren’t wearing masks in the most polite and efficient way possible. If I had cash on me, I would’ve tipped all I had. It’s been a rough week but the woman at the register was so kind and sweet and complimented me and it was genuinely all I needed this morning. Whoever worked the register on September 11 at 9 am, you deserve a raise, and you have made my whole week.

Traveling up Hwy 24 at 7am and placed our order on the app 3 minutes ahead. They were completing the order as we arrived. Plenty of staff and very friendly. Quick service was much appreciated.
