This western store has many name brands and lots of clothing and shoe/boot choices. Kinda pricey for Alva but great selection!

Helpful sales clerk, large variety of clothes and accessories. Not my usual place, but had just what we needed.

My wife and I have shopped there several times over the last few years. The staff has always been nice,to deal with and helpful. We go there about every time we're in alva.

Usually have pretty nice stuff and are very helpful. Prices aren’t terrible for a small town store. Although if the bank isn’t open this place dang sure won’t be. That’s the only big drawback is that they are always closed. Banks actually probably are open more often.

The 2 girls working in the shop weren't helpful at all. When asked about the price of jeans one of them said she'd have to scan them. She gave vague directions to an area where there were supposed to be jeans on sale but we couldn't find them. It's hard to shop when products aren't priced. They may have some great products & prices but it's. too hard to find them. I won't be back.

Terrible customer service would not recommend.
