Walmart Supercenter

It's an okay store - nothing fancy. Decent selection. What more can you say?

Edit - This place has *really* turned around in the year or so since my first review. The staff have taken up a customer-oriented mindset and are willing to go as far out of their way as necessary to meet the needs of their customers. For example, I was looking for a very specific frozen food item late at night, but one of the employees had just waxed the floors. However, the employee who had done the waxing, Shane, went so far as to walk across his newly waxed floor just to get the item for me! He no doubt had to go back and fix the floor, but I was so impressed by this act of service that I raised my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. Bravo Alva Wal-Mart. Bravo.

They always have everything I am shopping for. With one exception. Cool Whip Nitro, creamer. Other than that excellent 👍

Organized, clean, and surprisingly not chaotic. Friendly, helpful associates. Not overly busy 😀

had everything I needed prices are not what you pay for.. you get home and wonder what cost so much?! what did I buy. 🤔 😆. it all adds up .. inflation 😩..

Pizzas were loaded and delicious. A large pizza came along with an order of large cheese sticks for just an additional $3.99 so my wallet was happy too, along with everyone that dug in once I got home.

I love this Walmart the staff there are so friendly and kind and helpful. They always make me feel welcome ..I am disabled so I bring my service dog withe allot of places and I have got to say this place is (( ONE )) of his favorite places to go with me ..and they know us so well and know that he and I are as one and they trust him that he never has to be on a leash there things are easy to find and organized. Although a bit pricier than other wally world's I always enjoy our visits there...... WAY TO GO WALMART EMPLOYEE'S.!!!!!!!!

The smallest Walmart that I have ever been to, but they had a lot of clothes on clearance, even more than the Kearney Walmart which is three times as big. The bathrooms were small but clean. And thanks to Lynn the cashier we had a great lunch at The Vanilla Bean.

Sporting goods worker very helpful and accommodating. Good supply and selection- we cleaned them out of clay shooting goods, they said no problem we have more!

Whether you live in town or visiting with the pipeline or oilfield they have all your needs and great location with an Atwood's and El Mayo Mexican restaurant and blocks away from the best hotels in town.

Wonderfull employee help me find what I was looking for and also walked the hole stote with me to find what I needed 😂

Fast friendly people the staff were very helpful the facilities were clean and organized the amount of traffic was crazy. They really had a full house. Thank you for your service and commitment to the community

I really like that you can order online, pick up, or go into store to shop or pick up an online order.

Visited yesterday. Needed item & couldn't find (cord covers). Thanks to Sharon for helping find even though she was not working at the time. Excellent customer service!

This is the first Walmart we have ever been to that has amazing, friendly, helpful, smiling associates. We are always greeted and someone has always been nearby to help locate the moves items 😉. The pharmacy is also very nice and helpful.

Average Walmart store, frequently out of stock of what you need, but the employees always do what they can to get it back in stock as soon as possible. The self stockers, no matter the I isle I'm on, they ALWAYS ask me how I am, and if there is anything they can help me with. Associate Ashley once spent 20 minutes hunting for an item fresh off the truck for me. On the occasion that I'm not satisfied with my items, and I return them, associates Mackie and Dakota both have always been very patient, kind, and caring even when we encounter frustrating computer problems.

This store itself is 3 stars, but the friendly employees make the problems that I encounter seem like nothing.

I like shopping at Walmart, asked for help with getting distilled water from the very top of the shelf and beyond my reach as it was at the very back end and did so right away and the check out was great & tonight I got sweat pants @ Alva store & order items online. Over all I like the Alva, Oklahoma store lots.

Five stars is for Richard, and everyone nice to my Mother & Father. Their are some very nice people that work at Alva's Wal-Mart. Thank you.
