Very attractive campus.
Love the older buildings on site the staff and student body we interacted with was very friendly and welcoming.

I attended NWOSU home of the rangers for four years and earned my masters degree in counseling psychology. I love the small town atmosphere that you get at NWOSU. Alva is a small town where everyone knows everyone. Growing up in a small town this was important to me. Even with the small town feel though I still got a great education while I attended. The same I felt I would have gotten at a major university and I was even able to get my masters degree. The teachers were easy to access and you had very small class sizes. The only down side was that I often had to take ITV courses from Woodward or Enid which really takes away from the learning process. Other then that I feel NWOSU offers a great educational experience for an affordable price.

Helpful teachers. Small town atmosphere. Free campus wifi. Big theater and library. Majored in Comp Sci when I graduated in fall 2015.
