Frontier Health - Nolachuckey Holston Area Mental Health Center

This has been a haven for me with my counselor Erica B. I feel 💯 percent comfortable with sharing anything to her..it's an appointment I always look forward to because I KNOW I will receive the help I need.. thank you, Erica, for helpinge through one of the hardest times in my life...

This place has great workers & councelors that take their time with you I'm going into therapy like 2 times and I've had Chelsea both times she's great

The staff there really helped get my son the help he needed

Had me waiting for ever for something very simple but other than that good ig.

They refused to help to a lady with crippling anxiety, no vehicle, a history of panic attacks and trauma, who is terrified to leave her house and has only done so a handful of times since 2018, because she couldn't go in-person to fill out paperwork. When she pleaded with them to consider her situation and make accommodation, their response was that the policies allowing for remote intake were 'just for the pandemic' and the only way she'd be eligible for mental health services was if she showed up in-person.

I went to frontier to be checked in as a patient because someone was trying to harm me. They kept me for 7 hrs and then called someone about me. I honestly believe they lead the ppl trying to harm me to me. I do have family in the mental health field and what frontier don't know is they lead the corporates I was running from right to me. Now I am not safe anywhere. Thanks Frontier for putting my life in danger once again. If you are ever are in a crisis situation similar to mine plz reconsider going there. That my be your life they will be gambling with. Plz stay in prayer and sometimes the ppl that are supposed to be helping you do more harm. Blessings to each and everyone. Always remember GOD is still in control!!

I never got anyone to answer. They would pick up the phone then click over not just once but on 4 different tries. I hope no one is in crisis and calls there. I still don't have an appointment. Good luck everyone cause the phone setups they have there is horrible.
