This was the most fabulous furniture shopping experience. The salespeople, especially Joey, were kind, knowledgeable, no pressure and accommodating to help me find what I was looking for. Fair prices, high quality choices and excellent customer service!

I visited recently during my lunch break and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted before I went in. I was greeted quickly by Paul who offered his help. After explaining to him what I wanted, he showed me a few options in line with that and I made a selection. I ended up purchasing a bed and mattress and was in & out of their store in about 20 minutes. At no point did anyone try to sell me any extra items above & beyond what I said I wanted. Everything was delivered and professionally set-up today. I’m very pleased with the entire process and will highly recommend Hines Furniture to others.

They had a great selection of bookcases and entry tables.. Prices were reasonable and delivery fee was also reasonable. They were willing to accommodate our requested day for delivery since I was on a limited amount of time in town. They showed up during the delivery window I was told nd were friendly, professional and careful in handling. Will shop there again in the future. Store was easy to shop in and they were helpful without being intrusive or pushy.

After looking everywhere for a couch online and at various stores, I decided to go into Hines at 6:55 pm. The store closes at 7pm. I was welcomed into the store and catered to as of it was 10:00am. I found the couch I wanted , a Jackson Brand made in America. I was given a great discount based on a store holiday promotion and the couch was delivered the next day. I really like my couch. Nice, firm seats with spring in the seating area. I will definitely shop at Hines again in the future. I definitely recommend you give them a look if you are seeking to purchase furniture.

Salespeople were very friendly and helpful. This was my third recliner I have purchased from Hines. Great quality. 2 were purchased 4 years ago and they still look brand new.

Bought a new living room set and mattress. The mattress is great, however the living room set has broken twice. Which brings me to Hines’ service department. Both issues were corrected within the day with no hassle at all. Great customer service.

Update: We had an issue with our footrest. I called today and within an hour Joe was at our home. The problem was completely resolved.
The service was professional and courteous. We are absolutely thrilled with Hines furniture! First class operation. My wife and I are very, very happy with our new LaZboy power recliner! The khaki fabric color is absolutely gorgeous. It is incredibly comfortable and the wireless remote makes adjustments a breeze. We can customize the legs, back, headrest and lumbar. Then we have 2 memory settings for the ultimate in ease and comfort. I already have one setting for watching TV and the other for napping. The remote can be stored on the side of the chair and it even has a locate button should you misplace it. Our salesman Rick and the owner listened carefully to what we wanted and exceeded all of our expectations. The delivery team was very professional. The entire process from start to finish has been seamless. We love Hines Furniture and will gladly recommend them to all of our friends and family!! Did I tell you several weeks after delivery.....that I still love this chair! Thank you Donnie! Keep on keeping on! I have zero sciatic pain....I mean zero!! This chair is still awesome...almost 2 years later. Best furniture purchase I have ever made!

Donnie & his staff are very helpful, friendly and more than willing to work to find what you need\want. Lots of furniture & home accessories to look at in the showroom, and even more to order from. They've started specifically carrying furniture lines NOT made in China -which I think is great!
