I purchased a couch & loveseat from Discount Furniture & couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They didn’t have what I wanted on the floor so I chose from their Internet service. They worked with me on pricing and measured the height to make sure it would work for me since I have a hard time getting up from the couch. I needed it to be a certain height from the floor. When I received the couches I was in shock at how beautiful they looked! And they are very comfortable. After a few weeks I had an issue with one of the couches and they came out right away to look at it. They kept me posted each step of the way in trying to resolve the issue . They are willing to take it back to fix it. Being new to the area as I just moved here from Pennsylvania I was hesitant taking a chance on buying something without actually seeing it feeling it and sitting on it! However I have never seen a couch this beautiful. Nor have I ever felt this type of fabric before. Since I moved here with no furniture I will be buying all of my furniture from “discount furniture” in Sumter. I would highly recommend checking them out.

We bought a couch from them what I thought was a left facing chaise as that's what they had in store that I tried out and explained I wanted it that exact way. There was a miss communication and it ended up getting ordered wrong and they were kind enough to reorder the couch I wanted. They were very kind about it and were quick to make it right.

Thank you so much to Toby who helped us find the perfect couch!! We’ve been waiting on our couch to deliver from another company since June.. sold our old couch when it was suppose to be shipped, and have been on an inflatable couch ever since shipment was delayed. 5 months later, we decided to look around town. As soon as we walked into Discount Furniture, we were greeted and helped. As soon as I locked eyes with this couch, I knew it was the one!! It’s exactly what we wanted, and even better than the one we previously tried to get elsewhere. We bought the couch yesterday and it has already been delivered to us this morning!! Super nice people and a great experience. I just wish we would have came here sooner!!

My Husband and I recently got stationed here. In May and had none of our stuff delivered, and we also needed a Sofa/Couch so we went to Discount Furniture and I thought it was going to be lightly used items...but its actually brand new items in store they also have in store catalogs and an amazing website,with lots of options. Anyways we ended up buying a Sofa the same day and it got delivered with in a week. We ended up sleeping on the couch for 2 months till our stuff arrived and let me tell you this Couch is super comfortable and we are definitely loyal customers. We went back and got a King bed set. 😊 also Scott M. Is a really funny and honest person, I recommend asking for him. But I'm sure all the employees are very nice and helpful too.

I have purchased two king size bedroom suits, a high kitchen table with chairs, and various other odds and ends throughout the years here. The service has always been great, the prices always reasonable, and I've always felt valued as a customer. The staff has always been more than accommodating and are always willing to work to keep the customer happy.

This is a great place to get furniture and FREEDOM! No stupid masks just smiling faces!

Always a joy to shop here! I always come for one thing and leave with 3! Haha! Great prices and sweet people! Came while my husband was deployed and they were all concerned about me unloading. I had to assure them I had friends coming to help me.

Today I went in and purchased a bedroom set for my husband and myself. Scott was wonderful as always (as we had come in a few months ago) and he still was happy to help us & answer all of our questions! He’s super polite & very honest about the delivery times etc. I’ll be coming back we’re ready to purchase our kitchen set!

I love this store and the entire staff!!! Bought a king bedroom group set, living room set, formal dining room set, and a dinette set for over $7K (could have easily cost over $10K had I shopped somewhere else). Matt Hugh (the store manager), was highly professional, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He gave recommendations when asked but never pressured nor rushed me into buying anything. He entertained me during my first and second visits though I did not make any purchase then and just checked out the store. He even offered to come to my house to fix one of the dresser drawer that was stuck and would not fully open (thay's how awesome he is, and to think that he is the store manager himself). I also asked him for his suggestion as far as what kind of furniture pieces/option do I have to fill an empty and odd corner in my living room (he was more than happy to give his advise/opinion). His delivery staff was also great and each personnel conducted himself with extreme professionalism and in a very polite manner. I am extremely happy and satisfied with Discount Furniture and highly recommends them to everyone for an enjoyable furniture shopping experience.

We loved coming here to Discount Furniture Outlet. We first discovered them buying a mattress for our daughter. The wonderful selection and customer service was refreshing. Then my while they were supporting the Shaw AFB lunch for the troops my husband entered a drawing to win a queen mattress. Well we won!! We went there and picked out a one we liked and upgraded to a king. They worked with us to pay the difference. Anyways long story short awesome deal awesome mattress and amazing customer service. Go see their store!!!

I love Mr. TOBY he is great and very helpful. He go out of his way every time, if he doesn't have it he will get it. I will give him a 💯 stars if it was possible.

I’m in love with my couch. I seen one I originally liked at Ashely that was over 3000 . I went to discount where my husband and I had recently purchased a buffet and I showed them the couch I liked at Ashley’s they ordered same couch and over 1000 cheaper for us ♥♥♥Very happy and pleased. Stopped by this store looking for a mattress. Brad was AWESOME! First time ever shopping for furniture that we actually enjoyed the experience and salesman. We ended up buying dining room table because their prices are so great! Highly recommend

Good selections and good service. We bought two full sized mattresses right before Christmas (6 months ago) and my kids love them. We've had no issues.

We have done business with Discount Furniture three times in the last 11 years that we have lived in Sumter and we have always been very pleased. But the last time we purchased a couple pieces of furniture from Discount a few months ago, we learned that they provide stellar service after the sale as well. It became apparent that one of the items had a factory defect after a few weeks. I contacted Discount and they took care of everything. They worked with the manufacturer, picked up the item from our home, had it repaired when the repair part arrived, and then delivered it back to our home--all at no cost. And, Brad kept us informed with several phone calls all along the way. The service after the sale was outstanding and we strongly recommend Discount Furniture of Sumter!

Excellent customer service. Scott listened to what we were looking for and showed us several options as well as brands. The price are great and everyone there goes beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. We even received a little Thank You in the mail.

I visited the store about couple of months ago and was attended by employee name Scott, his service was awesome. I returned back today and have to say that I really appreciate the excellent work that was given to me. Keep up the great job!
