El Guerrero Mexican Restaurant

Thank you Ana!! Everything was amazing. We ordered the chile poblano, burritos Mexicano, Papas Locas. They tasted great! We paired it with a Modelo and it hit the spot after a day of shopping in downtown!

Food was great service was good and food came out quickly. Salsa was great.

Health Department may see El Guerrero as a "C", but their food if A+ in my opinion!

This was our first time eating here. We ordered the polo fundido. It was so good. The food was fresh and hot and didn't take long to get. The waitress was wonderful and so friendly! There was so much on one plate that two people could have shared it. We would highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back!!

The staff was attentive and plesant. The food was well prepared and presented. I am looking forward to returning for another meal.

The food was amazing! My best friend and I were out for lunch and we had gone to another restaurant 3 Maria’s...the food there was horrible so after a few bites we threw it away and found El Guerrero. She had the steak and shrimp fajitas and I had the chicken quesadilla. You know your food is going to be good to the last drop when your eyes roll in the back of your head on the first bite. We will be returning.

After many years of not eating here due to a bad experience I decided to give it another chance. And I am glad I did. Service was great and the food was by far the best mexican I have ever had! Glad I gave them another chance.

El Guerrero was amazing! The Mexican quac is a must order! The staff was friendly and the food came to our table relatively quickly! We will definitely be back!

We recently discovered this restaurant. We have property in Saluda and drive up from Lexington. El Guerrero has now become part of our trip up. I have lived in Los Angels and experienced amazing Mexican food. This restaurant beats all that I have ever had previously. The shrimp burrito and shrimp taco are my favorites and the chicken burrito and chicken taco are my husbands. This small town restaurant is worth the drive.

My food was good and hot. The service they gave me was awesome which I owe to the waitress who was very sweet and attentive. Great job.

This is a local restaurant and a good place for Hispanic food. It has a nice, colorful atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. In a small town like the one I live in, the food, staff, etc has to be good or word gets around fast. El Guerrero does a very good business.

This Mexican eatery in Saluda was one of the best ! We had an " on the spot " waitress who was attentive but not overbearing¡ Great food and service!! I recommend without reservation!

One great dining place. From the servers to the flavor of the meals. If you are passing thru Saluda just make sure you get hungry and try it. You will not be disappointed.

What a pleasant surprise to find this great Mexican restaurant in the hub town of Saluda, S.C....we had two lunch specials, a huge beer and bill was less than $18. We were traveling cross country and 3 q/2 hours later I'm still full! Beef burrito, rice and chicken quesadilla were better than typical Mexican fare and hubby's Pollo fundido with peppers onions cheese and tortillas and rice we're scrumptious. Plenty of parking so next time try with the horse trailer we'll be stopping for a nice midway break.

Looks rough, but tastes great. It's some of the best Mexican food that I've ever had. And the waitresses are nice.

Went here with a group from church this evening, food was great, service was great. Our choices were limited as we were visiting from Columbia, no complaints!
