Never had any problems. The selection is varied and what I bought is durable. I got exactly what I was looking for at a reduced price when compared to similar items in other furniture stores.

Very wide selection of furniture.

My complaint lies with the delivery process. My expensive sectional was delivered to me on a trailer uncovered...the delivery guys addressed themselves to me very rudely. No hello or anything but “where is this going”? As they were shoving the sectional piece through my front door I heard a rip. The younger of the two men said it was the molding from the door. I inspected the piece of furniture, and noticed it had been ripped during the delivery. When I pointed it out to him, he told his partner to pack it back on the truck. This guy didn’t say anything to me, nor did he ask what I would like to do or apologize. He just left. I never felt so disrespected by anyone performing a “service” in my home. Very unprofessional and because of that, they lost a sale.

Not very professional, been waiting on a call all day yesterday about a time to deliver, then I had to call them no answer all day, a woman then called back yelling "samantha"? Then I got offered the display piece in store that's all dinged up at the same price, after paying over 1100 dollars plus another $45 for delivery 5 mins down the Rd.

The truth is that there's furniture looks really pretty on the outside but it is very cheaply made and they sell it very expensive at this locationyou can't get some of the same items at Big lots that you can get in the store and it's about $100 less
