I ❤❤❤ the Dollar Tree on Pinewood Rd! The staff is always so courteous and helpful. I always find what I am looking for.

This place is my preferred Dollar Tree in Sumter because of the friendliness of the staff. Teachers, students, and parents can also find school supplies here for great prices. I will definitely return in the future.

The blonde worker decided to take her bad day out on an incident where some flags fell off the hanging side stand. My daughter and son had picked out 3 flags for their veteran father. My daughter was standing by the holder as it dumped out all of the flags. Now, nothing was broken, and my daughter was standing near it, but not touching it. Regardless, my children begin cleaning it up when the tall blonde lady huffs and puffs her way to us to inform us she would pick them all up. I wouldn't have thought twice about her rude face had she not been so rude towards my children wanting to help pick up the flags. Forevermore, as I am trying to inform her why the flags fell down, she rude states that she " has it!" Karma repaid her with the very small rectangular cardboard box fell behind her. As my children felt terrible about this, they ran to help her continue to pick up the flags in which she decided to be rude and express with what my children felt was her anger towards them in reminding them she would be getting the flags put up. My son wouldn't finish helping her. He doesn't comprehend not helping someone. So, as he helped her... I had to calm my daughter down for "upsetting this," worker and educating my daughter on displacement of emotions. That just because someone is rude to you doesn't mean you deserve it. I love this store, but this experience was frighteningly heartbreaking. If you can't handle retail.... Leave your job!

This is the new Dollar Tree across from Walmart Pinewood. The store is huge! I ran in for a few cards and everyone knows you can't just go in for only what's on your list. I found a 2022 calendar, and it's one of those things where you have to grab it when you see them. Great place to shop!!!

Love this location and what they are doing with the place. They people that works there are always polite and friendly, and giving back to the community through it's customer. The place is always nice, clean, and orderly as well❤

I love the store and everyone there works so hard. The manager Rachel is awesome she has helped me find stuff in the store. She is very kind and warm.
