BenchMark Physical Therapy

I had a great experience here! My therapists Sam and Adam both did a great job helping me to gain flexibility and strength as well as getting me out of pain after a break in my heel. They patiently answered my questions and the front desk staff accomodated my appointment requests. It is a laid back office but I received wonderful care and will return any time I need PT again. I have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Okay so I got told by my orthopedic that I needed physical therapy for my neck problems I have been having problems with since covid. Anyways this place is right around the corner and so I got into this place and I am very pleased with th3 service I have received. I can't for the life of me remember the young man nam3 that sits at the desk. But he is the sweetest. Treats everyone the same. They explain stuff great. The exercises they give well for the neck anyways are not to bad. They also like give a massage after your done as well which is nice. I have never been to physical therapy before so I don't know if they do that everywhere but yes. I would recommend this place!

Professional staff. I like the new building. The staff is friendly . I'm impressed how the physical therapists actually listen and are there to help you. They don't have their face in a computer doing notes during your sessions. You are actually their Focus.

I have received therapy here twice for broken bones and for my back. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I'm partial of Suzanne who makes me feel better by the time I leave. Their new location is very nice and clean. Plan on having therapy after knee replacement.

Never had to do therapy before, but these people seem to be great at their jobs. I've been in therapy, now, for right at a month. They have done everything they can to make sure I take steps forward, even if small steps, to keep me from falling back. The staff are also some of the best people I have ever worked with. They are all very helpful, polite, and do what they can to make sure each individual is personally having the best experience possible. Very appreciative of the work they do.

Very thorough explaining what my payment responsibilities were. Therapist was very nice and good at explaining my treatments. Nice facility overall!

I had a fractured patella (kneecap) that didn't require surgery and was recommended to Benchmark Physical Therapy after 2 months of my injury. My PT Landon was awesome and very thorough. Also all the staff is very friendly. My PT took time to go over every routine from start to finish. Each time something new was added to my routine to strengthen my knee. Most important is that you do all the routines that your PT sends home with you. It takes patience and time. I made my goal after 6 weeks and couldn't have done it without their help and experience. I would definitely recommend them if you need any Physical Therapy. 😀

My name is Donna Parrack. (I have no idea why my grandson‘s name, Weston, is appearing as the poster and I don’t know how to change it.) I just completed my PT today after having a total knee replacement. I wanted to write this review because of my wonderful experience with Benchmark of Greeneville. From day one, I felt comfortable and realized I was in competent hands. That speaks volumes to the staff there. I could not have received better therapy anywhere. My therapist, Cate, was excellent! Not only was she my PT, but she was my biggest cheerleader.

I would consider my therapy at Benchmark after a complete right knee replacement a huge success. With my therapist Kate we met and exceeded all goals set. I always felt encouraged after our sessions with a feeling of "I can do this". So much so I will be seeing them again later this year for my left knee replacement.

I have been going to benchmark for three weeks now the staff is very nice they take you in at your set time and work for your full hour i feel better and can move my hip better now. It has been a great experince working with benchmark

I have been to Benchmark Physical Therapy several times with my multiple problems with back and neck surgeries, plus sacroiliac fusion and most recently my broken fingers that got broken and I had to go through therapy to strengthen them and next will be my shoulder from torn rotor cuff! Anyway I always have had doctors refer me to this facility at Benchmark Therapy in Greeneville as they are very well qualified and know how to help the patients as they have always improved my quality of life with strengthening what needed to improve with expertise and their experience, and I recommend them highly for anyone needing good experienced highly trained caring physical therapists!

I broke my wrist and started therapy at BenchMark and Diane Coffey was my physical therapist. She was recommended to me by a friend. She is very professional and knows her job❣ I am very happy with what we accomplished with my wrist🙂

I love coming here. All of the people & therapists are very nice & helpful. Ive been in alot of pain for a long time & for the first time in years, I feel like theres finally hope for some relief.

I have been to benchmark several times and they are the only place I recommend. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and makes you feel comfortable as you heal. I always ask for them when I am in need of physical therapy.
