The manager, I believe Nathan is his name, was spectacular. Very helpful and super friendly! He really knew his stuff and I couldn’t have been anymore satisfied with his services and professionalism. He had an answer for everyone of my questions. I’m gonna have him on my speed dial when I get stumped again!

I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store!! The customer service was exceptional!! The store representative that assisted me, Cale , help me purchase two phones that I’m very happy with. He even went out of his way on his day off just to come sell me a phone the next day!!! He was very polite and helpful. I would recommend this Verizon store to all my family and friends!!! Allison helped my husband and I trade our phones in and get new ones in less than an hour with no hassle whatsoever! She was so friendly and helpful! We always choose to go here instead of an actual Verizon wireless store. This store always has always served the customer in the best way that they can! Kel and Morgan are super sweet and help everyone so well. I’ve been to this location several times for different reasons, our last visit was to swap from our Samsung to new IPhones, we were there for a few hours (just because we had to transfer everything from one phone to the other ), multiple people came in which several of them were older and just couldn’t figure out their phones, they never lost patience and helped them including us every step of the way!

The customer service representative was pleasant and efficient. He was happy to set up my phone while taking care of bill paying customers. You don't see such attitude often.

Nathan did a great job helping me replace my iPhone. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and timely. I was in and out in just a few minutes with all of my questions answered.

This is where i always go to get my phones . Nathan and his team are always so friendly. Nathan is very knowledgeable about the services, plans that are compatible for us, phones and their capabilities. He always offers good customer service , quick and reliable . If ever theres something needed that the store themselves arent able by policy to assist you with , Nathan will give you the info of instruction on how to get the issue handled .

I had a wonderful experience at Verizon in Manchester. The customer service was great. I usually hate getting a new phone because when I get home none of my contacts or apps have correctly been transferred to my new phone. Allison took the time to show me how to back my phone up so on my new phone I would have all my contacts and apps.. in the same place! Definitely recommend! Ask for Allison!

When I came in she helped me find a phone which was what I was looking for and told me the discounts I was eligible for and ordered my phone and told me of other items I had good discounts for like a tablet which I also ordered and I wasn’t looking for that but I am getting a good deal for.She was very professional and answered all my questions. It was awesome. Brenda at the Verizon store on 41A. Manchester Tn. Was very nice and told me my phone and my tablet had several virus on them and thought at first she would have to put my phone back as factory reset which meant I would lose all my contacts pictures and everything else. She took her time and figured out another way to fix them without having to lose everything. She fixed them both in about 30 minutes. I was so upset when I went into the store but left very happy and satisfied. Thank you zBrenda!!

I bought a new cell phone and I call Russell cellular in Manchester Tennessee to find if they had a case that would fit my phone and they happen to have one left so I went and bought it today August the 3rd 2020 and the associate that so that to me his name was Adam He was very polite and he knew exactly what he was doing And when I asked questions he had the answers I was very pleased and I will be coming back there in the future if I have a problem or need any suggestions or need to buy a product. He was great and took this time and he had just what I was looking for in a phone case so I recommend Adam at Russell cellular and Manchester Tennessee 5 star
