Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cleveland

Love the retro vibe in every detail of Fairfield Inn. I left La Quinta's up the road literally in tears, as the unstable desk clerk chased after me screaming. I walked into Fairfield Inn and was met with a warm smile. They were able to book me two rooms no problem. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for my elderly mom who is blind and in a wheelchair. We are here while our house is being worked on and quite happy and comfy. My congregation has hundreds of people coming in for feast days, family this is your place!

Room was clean and spacious enough. Refrigerator did not have a freezer section.

My church group spent the week here for the Perry Stone main event! We had a great time and the hotel was very good! The workers and cleanliness is memorable! The ladies at the front desk, Carol and Beth, were the best!!!!!!!

Highly recommend using this hotel for a stay in cleveland!!

I made reservations online, then called to note I would be late check in and to see about adjoined rooms (I booked 2 rooms). The person answering the phone, Kaitlyn (not sure on spelling) was very helpful and noted the late check in and checked and adjoined rooms and got those booked for me. Then upon arrival we had a mix up with how I booked the rooms for a discount, the desk attendants were helpful in fixing the issue so the discount was able to be applied. Overall the customer service here was top notch. A plus was it was an easy access to the interstate.

Friendly front desk night clerk, Jason, very helpful and courteous, went above and beyond in assisting us during our stay. Employees like that are hard to come by . Nice place to stay, room smelled clean and room was comfortable temp when checked in. Definitely earned its 5 stars here. Didn’t had chance to taste breakfast but they had cookies during my checkout, definitely its those details that make a difference and set themselves apart from other lodging facilities. Definitely saving this spot for next time around.

I seldom give a five star review but with our overnight stay, I have to say, you have earned this high review. First impressions are usually a sign of what is to come. Upon entering, we were met with the front manager Sam. She was so nice and informative. Great beginning to the overnight stay. After checking in, next came the room. No complaints here. Very clean, updated, and everything worked and in its place. Great sleep was to follow. The breakfast was good, not great, but definitely hit the spot and set you up for the rest of the day. We noticed a very clean an inviting indoor pool. To bad we didn’t have time to utilize it. Check out was a breeze. All in all, great stay and if needing another overnight stay, we will check here first. Thanks for the hospitality.

Front desk was super helpful in planning our outing. They advised us of the large number of guests who were going white water rafting as well. Our room was clean, the front desk also allowed our group to play cards in the eating area until around 2 AM. There wasn’t enough shampoo or conditioner to wash my hair even one time but that’s my fault for forgetting mine at home. Great stay!!

The heated pool was awesome it felt like a hot tub. The lady at the front desk said they just replaced the heater. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. Thankful for the complimentary breakfast just wish there was more of a selection. They ran out of waffle mix a little after 9 am and my husband asked the lady bringing the food out if there was anymore and she just said no and that’s it. Would stay here again.

Stayed here a few days with my girlfriend, all of the staff was extremely friendly! The front desk lady, Mel, went above and beyond making our stay incredible! She made sure that we got anything we needed to make our stay great and gave us tons of info about the surrounding area! She made this our best hotel stay ever! The rooms were clean and cozy, and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely be returning on our next visit!

Perfect for overnight. We are on our way home from Mississippi. It's a 12 hour drive, and we had to drive through a tropical storm for 4 hours!!! This hotel is perfect. Employees are wonderful, check-in was quick and easy, and the beds are very comfortable. Gas and food within walking distance. This is just what we needed

My family stayed here over labor day weekend for a wedding. The staff was amazing! Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, and the breakfast servers were so nice and helpful. We were a large group and they were all eager to assist us. The rooms were all clean. The beds were very comfortable. And the free breakfast was always well stocked.

I absolutely love this hotel! It’s very quiet the staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good but the pool was closed but that was fine with me. They are very clean and the beds was absolutely comfy and the pillows!! I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and I might come back this Thursday December 23 till Sunday December 26th. I 100% recommend you guys to go there!!

Very clean and fresh smelling rooms. Beds firm but comfy with squishy pillows. Breakfast was yummy (scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles). Staff very friendly and helpful. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to ask for a room that doesn't face the highway as you can hear some of the traffic noise.

Great place! Very clean and higher class than expected. Very nice brand name shampoo, soap, etc and very clean towels. Wish there was a hot tub but amazingly Great gym and indoor pool! TV has free hbo and showtime included in the TV apps and also can sign into Netflix, more hotels need this! Very modern and nice place to stay great hospitality

I stayed at this hotel on my way home to Birmingham Al. I had driven a friend to her mothers funeral because she did not drive or own a car. I had bee driving since 6 am and was exhausted. Carter and the entire staff were welcoming, friendly, professional and totally efficient. They really seemed glad to be there and were glad that I had stopped for the night. I didn’t bring a toothbrush so I called the front desk. Within 3 minutes someone knocked on my door with my needs.
The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and I got the best nights sleep that I had in a few months. Breakfast was hot and delicious. There were two people working the breakfast bar. One was a sweet lady and the other was a young gentleman that weight lifted to the band Skillet, I wished I could remember his name. He was very courteous and helpful. They both went the extra mile to make sure everyone had a good breakfast.
Koodos to the entire staff for making my unexpected stay very enjoyable and restful.

This hotel was just awesome. The staff was incredible and seemed to genuinely care for their guests. The breakfast was also wonderful. They offer so much and we left completely stuffed. I would easily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very nice. Clean. Friendly staff my only complaint was breakfast, but it's because I'm trying not to eat carbs. The waffles smelled heavenly and there are plenty of options. My wife was very complimentary of the fitness room. Very nice stay.

Motel was very clean and the beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The stuff was very attentive. They have a great no contact service due to the covet 19 where you put your garbage and your dirty towels outside they pick them up and replace them. I would highly recommend this motel!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times as Lee University parents but this past weekend (8-28-2022) this hotel hosted many family & friends for my daughter’s wedding in Cleveland TN and they were excellent! The staff went out of their way to help our guests and family!! Thank you to all the staff at this hotel!

Our most favorite hotel in Cleveland and the only place we stay!
I was born and raised in Cleveland so when I come home from NYC, I have zero hesitation in booking at The Fairfield. On our most recent trip down, we arrived earlier than expected and Deanna (General Manager) and team got us into a room early and welcomed us with a lovely chat in the lobby. Our room was gracious and clean with what I call the trinity of a good hotel room: TV that works, comfy bed, and excellent shower pressure. The gym was small but has everything you need for a good workout (2 treadmills, an elliptical, and free weights) and all COVID protocols were in place. And to boot, a yummy breakfast. We met so many staff members and have zero complaints. Just a no-brainer, really. We look forward to staying there again.
