Coffee County Bank

So I've been with a few different banks over the years and so far Coffee County bank has been the best. They are always super friendly and help with whatever you could need. Jake Shelton personally went out of his way to help me find a better financial loan for my car. It cut the APR almost by half! Thank you all at Coffee County bank. I would highly recommend banking with them. Well worth it.

My dad has banked with them for years and I have also for the last 4 months. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly towards their customers. Several handicapped parking spots and a two lane drive thru mean that they can cater to a variety of clientele.

Ii love this bank. Ken is always friendly and everybody isso helpful and friendly. I have had to use them to send some cases for me and they never seem to mind. Love love love the lady at the drive thru

While the members of the bank were friendly, they refused to redeem my Federal Savings Bonds. It's odd when a bank refuses Federally issued Legal Tender

We moved to the area a month ago from Texas. Our current bank is AMAZING but you can only do so much from states away. We figured we would find another small bank in Hope's to have the same great service. BUT it didnt happen with this one. They wouldnt allow me to open an account due to a charge off on my credit 5+ years ago but they would allow my husband to open one, which doesnt work for us since we have a business and my name needs to be on everything. Once they figured out we had a business and the amount of money we would be bringing in they suddenly had a change of heart and "could work around my charge off." Yea no thanks.
