Shvaas Spa & Salt Cave

Had an absolutely wonderful Saturday spa day with the girls at Shana's Spa! The space radiates a calming zen feel that immediately set the tone for a relaxing day. We were particularly impressed by the salt room—complete with a floor, walls, and ceiling made of salt, designed to detox and purify. But the standout for me was the Zen Den. The full-body massage chairs there are incredible; they cover everything from your neck down to your feet, and even include heat therapy for your back. What made it truly special was the headset that played affirmations, adding a touch of mental rejuvenation to the physical relaxation. I left feeling both relaxed and empowered, ready to master the rest of my day. Highly recommend this experience for anyone needing a peaceful escape!

Shvaas Spa is an excellent class of its own. I finally found that special place for me, to complete balance and wellness in my life. The salt cave is definitely for me, not to mention the additional awesome benefit choices. Unless I move away, I am definitely a lifetime customer.

I choose the Spa Day package and was very pleased. From the Salt Cave to the Sauna. My favorite was the Zen Den. This was much needed.
Khristina was an awesome host. The pricing is also very reasonable. The “sketchy alley” is a little sketchy but I was fine 😊

Shavas is a wellness center, a place of healing energy and people. It has surpassed my hopes and expectations. I am grateful for this center and blessed to find it on Main Street. I have added a once a week visit to myself care (known as a Donna Day). Pick what suits your wellness goals. I recommend starting with salt room its ancient healing properties known to alleviate various respiratory and skin conditions. Next I selected red light therapy. My goal was to stimulate my lymph node transplant and I am experiencing better flow. The cellular improvements to my skin is a bonus. I can’t wait to experience floating therapy. I searched for access to floating therapy for 5 years. Can’t wait to share my experience. Take time to care for yourself and all those you engage with will experience it benefits.

This was my first time here and it was wonderful and much needed. Best money I spent on myself in a long time. The Salt Cave is awesome felt immediate relief of my sinuses. The Infra Sauna great. The two message chairs the Hydro and the Zen Den love love love 😍. Will be back soon. Everyone was so friendly.

Please know this review is well overdue! Khristina is truly a gem. She is personable, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the effects of stress in correlation to the human body. She also has excellent suggestions when discussing a variety of supplements and possess a wealth of information as to how they can deliver. Her patience is unmatched, and I'm not sure how I managed to bypass such a wonderful place. I highly recommend giving each room a try to better help you decide what works for you. Believe me, you can't go wrong in doing so. I have a few faves, and they work great for me. My family, to include my son (salt cave service only) and husband has experienced the benefits of the services she offers. She has returning customers.

This was my first time visiting the Shaves Spa & Salt Cave but it will not be my last. The service is top notch and the way I found my bliss, is simply amazing! If you haven't been, Go.

I absolutely LOVED my day at Shvaas. The 45 min in the salt cave was heavenly...and it just kept getting better. I 10/10 recommend a trip in the cocoon...it's unlike anything you've ever experienced before. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I can't wait to go back for a second trip!

(Jhada banks) I had a spa day, so I enjoyed the luxury of trying out a variety of services offered by Shvaas Spa; Salt cave, Zen Den, hydro massage 💆‍♀ , the cocoon and the sauna 🧖🏽‍♀. The owner is such a sweetheart and does her best to make you feel at home and relaxed. My favorite was the hydro massage. Although, I will say I definitely shed some tears of relief in the cocoon session! My spa day was totally awesome and worth it. My body feels much better and relieved a lot of tension and stress from my car accident. Thank you !

I had an incredible experience, yesterday. The spa was clean, welcoming, and super calming. I was given a ton of information when needed, but also space to enjoy the services.
I will definitely be returning.
Good selection of things to shop for. Good prices. Great gift ideas for someone or yourself!

PS - I am at the end of a chest cold and the salt cave made me breath better than I have in weeks.
My second favorite was the Infrared therapy.

Update 5/2024. I have lost count of my visits, but the services are still 5 star. Pretty sure I’m addicted to IR. Posting a pic in case someone is claustrophobic, like me. Plenty of space. I can’t go as often as I’d like, but I always feel great after leaving.

We came for my daughters birthday 🎂 🥳 but the experience ending up being a rejuvenating, Awesome one for us all. Our host , the owner, was so accommodating and pleasant. Every experience was just as awesome as the next and I left feeling fresh and energized, rejuvenated 🙌🏾👏🏽❤I highly recommend Shvaas Spa and will definitely be a repeat customer. No pictures are available because it would have taken away from the peace and privacy of each experience so the phones are kept in the locker.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Salt Cave experience. This was my first visit but it will not be my last. I will be incorporating the Salt Cave into my self care routine. The staff was so friendly and the space is inviting, clean, and so relaxing! Treat yourself to this amazing experience.

The staff was very courteous, friendly, warm. The energy when I walked in was magical. I know, seems I'm exaggerating but IM NOT. My best friend and I went and took our for mothers day weekend and the salt cave was definitely an experience. An experience we'll be coming back for.

This was such a treat. I’m in my third trimester and I wanted to do something with the other moms in my life—I saw someone on TikTok say the Salt Room Therapy was awesome, so I booked it and Shvaas Spa did not disappoint. Staff was great and the salt cave was so peaceful exactly what we needed.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere while checking in was soothing. This 1st time experience was phenomenal and I will be back. The salt cave is my favorite but all of the programs/wellness treatments provide something in its own way. See y'all again soon!

Had my first experience here in the salt cave and with the lymphatic compression. Both were great experiences! Everything was explained to me in detail and I felt very comfortable. The experience was peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

I was surprised with the Spa Day Package at Shvaas Spa for my birthday this past weekend. It was the most relaxing, rejuvenating experience I've had in a long time. My favorite part was the Meditation Zen Den. That was the best massage I've ever had. It was so soothing and comforting. I cannot wait to book another session for myself.

Everything was absolutely amazing. I slept through all of my sessions. I really needed the rest but the environment was so soothing to my spirit. I feel refreshed and revived. What a way to spend my birthday week. It was yet another great experience.
