Excellent service from staff.

People were super nice my only complaint is I am currently in a wheelchair and even though it say wheelchair accessible it's totally not can barely get in and the " handicapped "stall no wheelchair is getting in there, I had to pee with door open.

Great first experience. I had just purchased a used Cadillac CTS and wanted it looked over. Easy getting an appointment, took the car in right away and finished the job in a timely manner. Friendly and respectful staff. Definitely earned my future business.

I was able to make an appointment online with ease and also received $5 off for doing so. My appointment time was honored without question and they took my car into the shop right away and completed the service faster than my regular dealership in Oklahoma. I'm very pleased with the service, staff, and price. I would recommend them to anybody needing to have their car serviced.

Very prompt check-in time. They have a comfortable waiting area. Friendly employees. Only downer, no coffee (due to Covid) I'm sure. But, there was bottled water. Overall, I'm satisfied.

While traveling from Northern Virginia to North Alabama had to have my truck and trailer towed to Bachman Bernard for repair. Arrived at 11 am on a Saturday. They tried to get us back on the road to no avail also tried to get us a rental truck to complete our trip, but none were available. They offered me a loaner car but I would have had to leave my trailer with harley which I didn't want to do! General Manager Russ Caulfield invited my wife and I along with our two dogs to wait in the waiting room for 6 hours while we waited for our Son to arrive from Alabama to pick us up! Russ treated us like family even ordering us and the dogs lunch. Cannot express how grateful we were! Thank you so very much for your hospitality

When i first came to bauchman bernard I was not expecting to buy a car!! but the sales rep Leo was so awesome. I would not go anywhere else. they were awesome and went beyond the scope of there duty. Im so happy they helped me get my first ever car loan! Thank you so much Bauchman Bernard. I am forever grateful!!

Staff were very friendly. I got there after closing time due to traffic, however they done whatever it took to get my concerns taken care of and sent me out "Mission Accomplished!) Hats off to you guys, your #1 in my book! A ++++
