Used the doggy wash station. My Reba is 85lb basset and is hard to life. Asked for help with getting her in the tub since the new tubs don't have ramps (was informed they have them just haven't found and installed yet). 3 nice gentleman helped me and they found her some steps to use. Love the wash station love how they have different shampoos and conditioner for dogs. Wish they had more cowboy magic than the one bottle cause the person before me used it all and I didn't wanna bother them more by asking.

I went into the Greenville TN store today and was greeted by an employee Ally. I wanted to switch brands from a different feed store for all my animals but I didn’t know exactly what I needed. I told her my problems in the past and she showed me every brand knew exactly what which ones I needed to keep my animals healthy. I also needed some other items in the store as well, she brought me right to the things I needed and she was very polite and knowledgeable about all products in your store. Keep up the good work Tractor Supply in hiring people who really care about the store and your products. It makes shopping there so much easier than other stores.

Love that you can order and pay on-line and pick up later. They just need designated parking spots like they had at the old location. The girl had a hard time finding me.

Fantastic people!! I tried for an hour to use the TSC app, I was missing some information so I wasn't able to finish my online registration and, therefore, no curbside pickup. I still needed to get feed. I was frustrated. I loaded up the kids and we went to TSC, hoping that someone wouldn't care to help me load up six 50 lb bags of feed. Not only did she load them on a cart she also loaded them onto the truck for me!!! My day was made!!! She went above and beyond and made it so much easier for me and the little ones that day!!

Melina was talking with two other associates and I asked for rye gray they immediately said didn’t any won’t get any b she went to feed room found two bags and went up front to make sure cashier price matched I will b back because of her it wasn’t like the others was busy thanks again Melina in greeneville Tennessee store

Awesome employees working there. Very knowledgeable about the products and where they’re located in the store. The dog wash stations are very convenient for my large dogs to wash.

Went in this store on Sunday to find pain meds for my dog. Jeremy M. helped me find what I needed. He has top notch customer service. Thanks Jeremy!

The staff here is really friendly. The manager, Todd is always willing to bend over backwards to take care of what I need. Their prices are competitive and the staff seems to get a bit more training than what you find at big box stores.

We were able to buy the shots we needed to give our puppy. I asked for assistance because the refrigerated case is locked and they sent someone quickly to take care of our needs. The staff is helpful here (as long as they understand what you need or are looking for) and polite.

Tractor Supply has a little bit of everything. It's difficult to walk through the aisles, because they're pretty crowded, but they have everything you could ever want for your animals, yard, your farm, and your outdoor needs. They also have some indoor things like, crazy little lamps with birds and bears and Fish on them.

In fact over 50 visits and phone calls for assistance And I store visits always exceeded my expectations .

Of course my doggo 🐶 loves going lol but we always have a good experience at the store.
