HIGHLY recommended!!! Nolichuckey heat & air crew were amazing from start to finish. I had purchsed several units and he was a straight shooter from the start and worked with me on prices to fit my budget. Mike out of several other contractors offered my company a warranty when others did not mention it to protect customers. The crew worked diligently and built the systems from scratch and when it was all put together the systems are running beautifully. If you choose a heating and air company for complex to simple they can do it all and I highly recommend him! I will certainly use them on my next project and admire their loyalty, trouble shooting skills and the pride they have for customer satisfaction.

Nolichuckey heat and air is absolutely amazing. They come out asap, take care of the issue, prices are reasonable. They are very friendly and professional. They are the only heat and air professionals we use. I highly recommend them if you have any issues.

Very hard to find but representative for nolichucky heating air is very sweet and friendly and the me and that they sent out to fix my AC unit very friendly and very knowledgeable I would recommend this place wholeheartedly

I don't know about the service of this company. However, I tried calling Nolichucky Heat and Air, to possibly get a payment plan for a HVAC System. Unfortunately, I have had to live without air conditioning all summer. I called several companies and this is one that actually answered. My only problem at the time was that he was not really looking to help me with info or anything. But this place does answer their phone!

Would not recommend..no response to phone calls and does not do as they say...This business needs to go out of business in my opinion...

Since the day they put the unit in, I have had nothing but trouble!!! I have had to call them back regularly to fix it, and each time it takes me calling and texting regularly to get them to come out. On April 25th, my new unit stopped working again. Today it is June 2nd, and they still haven't showed up. Always has an excuse if you ever get to talk to someone!! I run a business, and it is 80+ degrees inside. If I didn't have a warranty, I would call someone else but because it is a new business and new unit, I don't have the funds to call someone else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP!!

Since day one of moving into our new house, we have had nothing but issues with this unit. We have called every year anytime we have switched from air to heat. Anytime we would change over, the unit wouldn't kick on or the air would be running but not cooling the house. Anytime I would try to contact the business there would be no answer. Then, when I finally got into contact with the business. They scheduled a time and date without even giving me a notice of when they will be at my residence. Sometimes they would show up without me even being at my house. One of the problems that took three years to fix and replace was a condensate hose. Another problem was a valve stim in the unit itself that had been leaking over the years, but yet I have been calling every season of every year and the issue was not fixed. I was told to change my filter type I was using and to make sure my doors in my house needed to remain open. That was what they blamed the issues on. It took one call from Tolliver heating and air to solve all these issues. They stayed in contact with me and always followed up on the problems I was having. Also, nolichukey claimed that I was the only unit out of the houses they installed them in on my road that was having issues. In reality me and multiple of my neighbors have had the exact same problems as my family and will be permanently switching from nolichukey.
