Alsco Uniforms

I just want to share our great business we have with Alsco, but more importantly our delivery driver. He is does a tremendously great job. Never rude always friendly. I understand product shortage sometimes and being in Clarksville doesn't make it any better. But overall great service and great delivery driver as well. Thanks Alsco

I worked many years for this company at the SF branch as a RSR. I am retired now but look back on the many decades of servicing a challenging, but rewarding customer base in an extremely high volume city. I loved my job and our entire team, as well as the company. You get out what you put in.

My company uses ALCO for linen, and the napkins are always poorly sewn, usually ripped, and the towlettes don't absorb liquid very well, which defeats the purpose. I don't really understand why we pay so much for their services, but I would not recommend.

EDIT: ALSCO RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW BUT THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT WAS PROVIDED DOES NOT EXIST.

Unless you like problems, go find yourself another uniform company to provide you with uniforms We have had the services of Alsco for almost one year now, and the service we have received from their company has been subpar for the following reasons:

1. We retained their services in October of 2022. We were expected to get our first delivery in December of 2022, however, for reasons unbeknownst to us and to the sales manager who signed us up for this service, Rick King, we did not receive a delivery until January of 2023.
2. When we started receiving deliveries at the beginning of 2023, their deliveries were inconsistent. There were days in which we would receive the delivery at 5 pm, the end of the workday, instead of the 11 a.m. scheduled delivery time. Sometimes, the driver would not show up at all. Nonetheless, their invoices were not inconsistent. We would still be billed even when the driver would not show up to deliver the uniforms, which I had to frequently complain about.
3. Towards the middle of the year, their building caught on fire. We understand that things can happen, however, they continued to bill us for carpets that were not replaced because they were burned in the fire. When I asked LaToya Darrett in the service department why this was, she said it was simply their policy.
4. The issue now is that we do not have uniforms for one of our employees. We asked for a different size of pants because their sizing somehow became inconsistent. I called and asked LaToya for new pants for this employee. She responded with, "My manager who places the orders is on vacation and will be back next week." I patiently waited and called the following week, but she said her manager was still on vacation. When we finally received the pants, which were the wrong size, 3-4 weeks had transpired. After another three weeks, we received other pants but they were not the correct length. This employee has not had a uniform for two months now, AND NOW THEY ARE BILLING US TWICE FOR THE SAME PANTS THE EMPLOYEE CANNOT WEAR (the bill says he receives 22 pants - please see the attached photo). Oh, and keep in mind that during all this time the employee did not have a uniform, they continued to bill us for it because "that is their policy." When our business complained to the supervisor, Leonard Allen, about the billing issues, he said he would wipe a clean slate and create new invoices, something that still has not been done after three weeks.
5. Today, I spoke with LaToya about Alsco not completing their end of the agreement and she told me that the only way out of this contract is by buying our way out of the contract. We have two years left of the contract. When I asked to speak with a supervisor about this, as you can probably guess, the supervisor was out on vacation and she does not know when the supervisor will be back.
Like I said, if you like problems, go ahead and retain their services. While you are at it, you might as well ask for an application to work there because everyone is out on vacation whenever they want for as long as they want.

ALL I WANT IS FOR ALSCO TO RESCIND THE CONTRACT. I have been patient with this company but they are not completing their end of their agreement. This company, which is supposed to bring me ease by providing me a service, is robbing me my time that I could be using for other work.
