I really wish people who write these "false advertisement" reviews or claims would first understand what the terminology behind false advertisement means. Simply stated, $500 down and you ride means just that, IF THEY HAVE A VEHICLE that is $500 down, then you ride. It does not state ALL VEHICLES $500 down and you ride. Walk the lot, look at prices and down payments, then when you realize they have nothing in stock that matches your desired down payment, leave without making an azz of YOURSELF.

I was reading thru these reviews and couldn't believe what I was seeing, I have bought several cars over the years from Jackie and Tony at Car Smart and i was always treated right by them. I once had a Kia Spectra that the fuel pump went out on and they came pick up the car fixed it for me and called when it was ready and I wasn't charged anything for it because they told me I had been a good customer who had always paid on time every week. You reviewers need to get a grip on life, you signed a contract without having a credit check, you had a option to have it checked out before making a purchase, If you make your weekly payments when they are due and on time you won't have to worry about your car getting repo. If it breaks down then they are more to help you when or if it ever happens. Pay your taxes on it soon as possible, its not everywhere you can get this option, and carry full coverage insurance in case it gets involved in a wreck and totals out, You would hate owing for a car you can no longer drive, and last dont dodge them call and talk to them if you have a problem, A little courtesy goes a long way, They have a business to run just like all the major dealerships do, I wouldn't have a problem recommending Car Smart to anyone.

I've been buying cars from car smart over the last 10 yrs.and I have never had any issues. If I ever had a problem with my vehicle, Tony, Mary , and Jackie would always try their best to accommodate me. Thanks Car Smart❤

I recommend people to get a car here. They worked with me to get a reliable car that I was able to afford. I’m on disability and they made my payments reasonable. The staff is helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely get another vehicle from them if needed.

wonderful place to buy a car, friendly people...pet friendly...always answers the phone....when it's not giving a busy signal. I believe the only complaint I have is I feel like I should've gotten my tag already....it's been a month....and they need to work on communication/understanding between buyer and seller. other than that....I'm blessed with a great vehicle and cheap car payments every week.

Never had an issue, extremely friendly and reasonable prices. Just definitely don't miss or forget a payment. They'll repo if you're 12 days late and leave you stranded. Then make you pay an arm and a leg and your first born just to get it back. Hi to them as a last resort try banks first!

Got a 2007 Scion Tc from them at Blue Book value. Some cars have a little cosmetic damage (they're used and older, what do you expect?!), but it runs great. Staff is very friendly and will do their best to help you find something that fits your budget and needs. Definitely recommend them!

I got my Chevy Cruze from them and then got into an accident my insurance was late 2 days and wouldn't cover I went and talked with Tony and he really helped me out got a Nissan from them and it had issues and broke down within a week and they fixed it in 2 days they are great people and I've been 2 weeks late on my payment twice and they never came to repo my car as long as you call and talk to them they will work with you a great deal I would recommend getting a car from them out of anyone in Cleveland

They have always been fair to me and my family. If me or my had any problems with our cars they ALWAYS tried to help in any way possible to fix it. Fair prices GREAT customer service. I have so much more to say❤. Just overall great place!!

I've bought several cars from here. They are great people to work with. The cars are used and may have a few minor problems but I've managed to fix all myself.

I baught a 2004 Saturn Vue paying my last payment today only thing is their too eager to repo after 5 days plus $200.00 repo fee wouldn't mind buying another vehicle but too eager to repo
