Taco Bell

Great service. Not often you go in for fast food and feel like it was a sit down restaurant experience. The guy who took our order needs a management position as he knows how to treat people like people, and not the next number in line. Bring him into corporate!

I’ve experienced nothing but professionalism and genuine hospitality from all members of the staff from the cashiers to the management team. I frequent this establishment daily and am greeted promptly and taken care of swiftly with a sense of urgency. I’m the manager of the busiest restaurant in the Jackson TN area and I commend the team and management on the culture they’ve developed. It is unmatched in this city.

The girl in there named Alex she and OG she knows exactly what to do and exactly how to do it, I want her to serve me every time.!!!!

Well I ordered and the food was cold and I didn't have my 3 soft shell taco's

Only the best taco bell around! Gotta give my man roc the credit for that! Anytime he is working he always makes sure that the food is amazing and any mistake from previous visits he corrects and makes up for it. Other stores could learn something from the way he runs it! He honestly needs a raise for the job he does, he is a great person and really cares about the service, not just the food. The food is always delicious, hot and fresh, but the way they treat you there is what really stands out. Most taco bells don't care about the little things but this one here really sets a high standard that the others in the area with can't compete. They fall so low that I don't even waste my time at the other stores anymore. Next time you eat at taco bell, let roc know I sent you and that he's doing a great job. He's one of those people that can turn your day around when things are going bad. I hope the corporation is taking as good a care of him as he is the store and customers. He gives taco bell a good name again.

I had pretty much quit eating with the Bell due to the trumped up price of their food and the small amount of food for the price. I don't care to finance their race car!!
But, I succumbed to my desire for Mexican food and ate at the Bell in Selmer, TN. These folks delivered a good meal, not skimping on the ingredients. I was impressed and pleased. Thanks TB of Selmer.

This taco bell has had ups and downs! I think though they have finally got their groove! Amazing kind service tonight! Seems like a good working crew! Especially on a busy Friday night!

I ordered late online and when I got there they didn’t quite have what I had ordered…but made up for it and were very accommodating!! The food was great and the service made it even better!

Stopped by Taco Bell tonight was very worth it had a small hiccup were a burrito got left out of my order but called since I would be passing back by a few minutes later i believe the manager i talked to was rocky extremely friendly and professional absolutely the BEST Taco Bell food I've ever had will definitely be back possibly again this week.

Just came thru Order 381954 less than an hr to close...the man taking my order was super help ful even tho they were out of the chicken strip tacos....they asked if I needed sauce several times like always...an the food tonight was FIRE!!! U hear me lol so amazing it put the cherry on my date night thanks yall

I've only been through the drive thru, but my food is always correct and the employees are always nice. That's a big bonus for me!

Every time I order, the staff has always gotten my order correct. Staff does a great job even while understaffed.

The young blonde haired man working the drive through window and the manager on duty have spectacular customer service. Very pleasant experience.
