Red Roof Inn & Suites Manchester, TN

On a trip from MO to SC, for a funeral, I left my card wallet in our room. I did not realize it until I reached GA. I immediately called them, and my wallet had been found by staff, and turned in. Honesty is such a wonderful gift. They went out of there way to make sure it was safe until I came back through Manchester to pick it up. They were nice enough to text me a copy if my driver's license, in case I needed it. Staff is top notch. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. A/C nice and cool. I will forever be grateful. Nice place to stay. We arrived late at night too, but the staff was very accommodating. I travel with my service dog, and there was hassle either. We recommend them.

We had an issue with our car on our move. When we checked in the lady at the front desk.. not sure what her name was. Was so helpful and nice. She gave us a number of someone who got us to and from the break place and was just very pleasant. The next day we had to extend our stay because our vehicle wasn’t ready yet. The front desk gentleman and manager were very accommodating. The stay was very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Coffee maker and small refrigerator was appreciated. Muffins and juice in the morning was also appreciated. Pets stay free was much appreciated. Staff at the front desk were awesome. We will stay at this Red Roof on our next trip for sure. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings.

I stopped at 5 Red Roof Inns on a Florida to Wisconsin road trip and this one was the best. Clean room, Rhonda at the front desk was excellent, the location was perfect & it cost less than $80/night for 2 double beds. Many restaurants within a couple hundred feet, Wendy's right next door, BK, McD, plus other nice sit down places close by. Quiet too. Will have to remember this one.

Was nervous to stay here because of previous reviews but the front desk lady was incredibly nice, and the room was spotless! Definitely recommend if you just need a quick nights sleep while traveling.

Nice clean rooms. They said there was a complimentary breakfast, but it was just individually wrapped muffins and juice boxes. Got the rooms on priceline for a great price, below what they advertise.

Very good quality hotel for the prize! The rooms were clean, staff was nice, and beds were very comfortable. Right now they are not serving a hot breakfast, unfortunately. It’s very conveniently located right off the interstate and surrounded by all your traveling necessities.

Great service - called at 9pm to make a reservation for that night as we drove through, very polite and accommodating on the phone. Check in was a breeze, once again super lovely and personable. Rooms are basic but clean and beds were decently comfortable. Breakfast was what you'd expect but coffee was hot so that's all we needed. Pet friendly and no cost to have the dog with us. Overall a good experience and would happily stay here again.

Rooms seemed clean, reasonablly priced, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. It was easy to make a reservation over the phone, and they called me back to complete the reservation after I lost cell service while setting up the reservation. Pets stay free. I had work to finish and their wifi worked great; no issues with internet connection. No smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

I stayed at Red Roof Inn and Suites November 8, 2021…… I made a last minute reservation, upon calling to check on rates and availability I spoke with a lovely Lady by the name of Rhonda. Rhonda ran the Front Desk and was so uplifting and kind. We spoke for several minutes, speaking with Rhonda was like talking with a friend or family member! Not only was the room clean and safe my experience with Rhonda’s welcoming and genuine personality left me with the feeling of having stayed with extended family. Five stars for Rhonda and the Inn!

Courteous employees, good clean rooms. Best sleeping bed I've had in a hotel/motel that I can remember. When the clerk checked us in, he changed us to a first floor room close to an outside door to accommodate my dog AND my dog stayed for free.

We had a great stay! Special shout out to the manager, Ron Click, for choosing a nice, comfortable and quiet room for us. We got a good night's sleep and are back on our long road trip. Unbelievably nice place to stay for a reasonable price. We'll definitely stay here again.

The staff was very kind and helpful especially when they ran out of regular rooms. We were able to get a suite for minimal upcharge! The bed was extremely comfy and it was quiet throughout the evening allowing for us to relax and rest. You can't even tell that you're right beside the interstate. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean room, good price, nice staff, room had carpet so i could play with my cat without her slipping all the time that was great. they have jacuzzi rooms too.

Impressed is an understatement, we stayed her for a concert and it was amazing. The room was so clean, spacious everything bf we could have asked for and more. Will definitely be staying here in the future!

We stayed in Manchester TN. with a reservation. The price was under $70 and it looked new. The clerk was pleasant and gave us an upgrade to a bigger non- smoking King room! It was big! It didn't smell like smoke either! Had a great night sleep. Would recommend!

Very nice for a reasonable price. Rhonda greeted us at the desk and made check in quick and easy. Room was clean, bed comfortable.

Great clean rooms. Good value. Dogs are free. Huge full breakfast in am. $58 AAA or AARP. Staff was wonderful. Even had toothbrush for us.

Accommodated my dog over their 50 lb limit and it was much appreciated. One of the nicer 10+ Red Roof Inns I've ever stayed at. Well lit parking lot that was able to accommodate my flat deck car hauler.

Nice room. Very clean and staff was wonderful, very nice and helpful. Will stay there again and would recommend to others. Price was great.
