Very nice accommodation, service was excellent. Loved the bed and the pillows. The staff was so helpful and sweet. I would like to make a suggestion that you put in higher stools in the bathroom, for us older people it's hard to get down that low, lol a rail could help also. Other than that I would recommend your place with high standards, thank you for welcoming us. 🥰

Stayed here last year. Luke likes it and is familiar with the grounds available. Room was great, so was breakfast. Big footsteps upstairs made Luke bark this morning but it really wasn't a problem. We were going to try Holiday inn Express, but when we mentioned the dog they immediately said they were out of rooms. Sleep Inn took us in right away. Simple check in as we had been here before and will definitely not hesitate to stop here again.

This isn't the type of hotel we would normally stay in, but the price was right, and it is rated well, so we went for it. We checked in around 10 or so, and the woman working the desk was so friendly, especially with our daughter. The room was small, but fine. The beds weren't great. You could hear the springs moving about. No weird smells. Breakfast was pretty standard. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.

Very happy with my room, the service, the breakfast. Had never stayed here before. When I go south I have a regular place to stay on the way. This is my new regular place to stay coming back North. Good value

Would rate a 9 or 10 if could! Very, very clean. Breakfast very good, owner cleaning tables and breakfast bar every 10 min or so. Bed and pillows better than at home. Bathroom looked just redone and very clean. Other similarly priced hotels in area not as nice.

We came in around 2am and the front desk clerk, Julian was so friendly and went out of her way for us. The beds were super comfortable and breakfast was hot!

I enjoyed my stay here during my first visit to Tennessee.

Breakfast was so good! Biscuits & gravy, eggs, bacon, potatoes, and you can make your own waffles.

Our room was clean and manageable for a family of 4.

Our bed was super comfy and I loved the pillows! I have a difficult time sleeping away from home, and I fell asleep quickly because the bed was so comfortable. The one issue I have is they don’t have zippered mattress covers. I checked our beds and there were no bugs, but I’m sure it would give a lot of people peace of mind to have mattress protectors.

They have a pool which is a great bonus. I didn’t see anyone utilize it while we stayed there, but it’s nice to have as an option.

Our bathroom was clean, and the shower was nice and hot with soft water (we have hard water at home so this was a nice surprise).

Convenient to stores and Walmart was steps away.

Common areas were clean and I felt safe there.

Would definitely stay there again when I visit Tennessee.

This is our second stay and won't be the last. Rooms are clean. Bed is very comfortable. Easy on and off the highway.

Great place to rest your head for the night after a concert at the caverns. Conveniently located with plenty of restraunts and convenience stores walking distance. Clean, very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, decent hot breakfast with great coffee. Angela greeted us with a warm smile and free water and checked us in quickly. Will stay again for future concerts.

I had an overall very good experience here! It was in a convenient location next to lots of food, gas stations, and a wal-mart. It seems like they care and do a good job cleaning the rooms etc! The hotel does need some updating and it smelled pretty musty but I would blame that on the hotel itself for not updating and scheduling deep cleans, it definitely seems like everyone who works here works hard to keep it as clean and tidy as they can despite this :) I want to give a special shoutout to Dylan at the front desk because he was very nice and helpful and seemed very professional and good at his job while also being attentive and helping us when we needed anything! Overall would stay here again. Thanks!

We stopped randomly at 530am and asked to be checked in for a few hours break in a long road trip. Desk was very kind and helpful. She was still there when we left a few hours later and did her best to try to get us a receipt for checking out so soon after checking in. (She made a note and will have it emailed to us)

Over all very comfortable. Comfy bed and cozy quiet room, especially considering how close to the interstate it is.

Very clean and comfortable room. The bed was wonderful. The mattress was very restful, and the sheets were extremely soft. For breakfast, there was bacon!

Great value! Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Very pleased with my visit to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was excellent! Hot breakfast with a choice of scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy and waffles. There was also fresh fruit, bagels, yogurt, and of course, coffee and juice. After all the cut backs at so many hotels, it was really nice to see such a nice breakfast. There is an indoor pool and workout area. The lobby is very nice and they have bottled water at the desk. The location is great with easy access to the interstate and several restaurants and fast food options. The rooms also have a microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. It’s also a pet friendly hotel, if you’re traveling with a furry friend. If you are a weary road warrior or just on a vacation, this is a great place to stay. Great value and a great place!

Room was very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. And the check in was amazing - the guy was efficient and friendly! The price was reasonable! I will stop here again and actually look for other Sleep Inns when I vacation.

Nice place to stay. Walking distance to at least 3 restaurants, Walmart..Dollar Tree and more. Clean and fresh. Nice bedding. Indoor pool. The "Continental" breakfast is really nice. They have Bold coffee!! Every single staff member was friendly and greeted us each time.

100% recommendation. Clean, quiet, and well maintained. Front desk employees were friendly, helpful, and fast. Check in and check out was quick and easy.
We stayed two nights while my mom moved; one night in a regular room and one night in a pet friendly room. Both rooms were nice although there was a slight maintenance difference in the pet friendly room which makes perfect sense.

So happy we found this place. Great rooms, clean, great pool although small but perfect for my kids! It was heated and indoor! The front desk receptionist was SO kind, she was a mom herself. The room had a weird smell not bad just different but regardless I would 10/10 stay here again.
