Stopped in here to use the restroom and the bathrooms are top notch. There's also showers here for truckers with plenty of parking and food.

Conveniently located near I-81.

Tiny, itty-bitty, Mini-Pilot. Under 10 parking spots.. It does have showers & those Women who run it are true Southern Ladies! They keep that place absolutely SPOTLESS just because They take pride in Their jobs & raised up right,So anything less than that to them, is completely unexceptable. They certainly Don't get paid extra to clean up after Drivers that don't have the courtesy or respect to simply pick up after themselves, let alone leave bags/bottles or bodily fluids for The Staff to dispose of ( I mean really? 🤢🤮)Yet, These Ladies dispose if it anyways & clean, then re-clean, and clean again. I swear it seems like a task that has to be done hourly & I mean deep scrubbing I wouldn't want to switch jobs with Them, I'll stick to Driving a Truck, Its a heck of a lot easier...Drivers, come on now! DO BETTER!! THEY AREN'T YOUR PERSONAL HOUSEKEEPERS!

This is a good pilot. The bathrooms are very nice. They have a wide selection of drinks and snacks. Good place to stop on a road trip.👍

Pilot truck stop is one of my go to places 🤓 Good fresh ground coffee, great snacks, quick an easy -convenient

Updated and clean bathrooms. Very safe feel, and lots of local baked goods for sale.

As with every other pilot they are clean, organized, great coffee and a.great.variety of roasts. Above all the associates have great attitudes and will.go the extra mile to assist you. They definitely put forth a customer first attitude.

They let us get hot water and eat our soup with no problems. A driver came up to us and gave us a shower.. We are travelers.. So it was supper nice don't get that all the time.

Clean restrooms! I'm a simple girl and I dont ask for much. When I travel cross country its nice to know you can stop at any pilot location and its consistent. Whether in service, fuel options and prices, cleanliness of facilities, or having you could possibly need at s rest stop. I wish there were more locations further north.

Lots of table gaming and updated slots. Buffet/ Sport Bar. Smoking & non smoking areas. For truckers: Parking Lot C2 is designated for truck/ trailer parking. Shuttle will p/u & drop off patrons from hotels and parking lot booths. Fun atmosphere.

We enjoy stopping here for drinks and coffee. We used to buy more gas there but then they reneged on the money off gas for every drinks you bought. They will never admit it but I bet it cost them a lot of fuel business. Jack wagons.

The ladies working the graveyard shift are incredibly polite and super nice I’m pretty sure this is the cleanest and most customer friendly PILOT in Tennessee. Thank you ladies for the great experience 🤗

Awesome employees. Once they we're free the young man wasted no time cleaning and stocking them for myself and someone else. He had it finished before I could eat a chicken samich.

Clean bathrooms (but very small), friendly staff, and a pretty good selection of services. The drink selector for fountain drinks is definitely appreciated, and the flavor buttons actually work.

2nd time stopping here on my way to PA with my 2 dogs...always Extra clean for me to walk my dogs.....you Don't find gas stations that care about the esthetics of their place n they Do...grass is very manicured to me n very well kept...Thank you...will always have this as my Stop

Could use a few more people on the night shift. Was just passing through, and staff wasn't too much on the friendly side... but we do have Piolet stations here in hometown of Knoxville, n I love the crushed pellet ice**

We were on our way back from the Smokey Mountains an had already stoped twice to get coffee, an both times the coffee wasn't fit to drink. Our third stop was here at the Pilot Travel Center. The coffee was very low so we ask Katlin if she would mind fixing a fresh pot. She sprang into action! We were informed that she was getting ready to clean it as to why it was low, but she saved our night making more for us. It takes just a few minutes an as we waited we noticed the she didn't stop working. Doing stuff out in the aisle an ringing people up as soon as they were at the register. Hats off to employees like Katlin! This is now our stop as we pass this store in Bailyton.

They have a kids area so kids can have some fun. The cars, bicycles, motorcycles and air planes were where you can look but not touch. Also a garage outside to walk in to look at other cars.
