McDonald's

My past few experiences here have been great. I absolutely love the lady in Drive Thru, Amanda. She Is always just a ray of sunshine no matter the situation.

The food is consistent and predictable AF. Five-star in the way that corporate, fast food is five-star.

The service is friendly and accommodating, but not particularly fast since this franchise sits on the major thoroughfare between Jackson, TN and Tupelo, MS so the drive thru is always packed so it feels slow in and of itself, and it adds to the wait times at the counter inside.

Tha Lady in front of me kept changing her order just bcuz it wuz a New Employee.. I didn't get her name but she wuz so patient with her!! Finally she had to get tha manager like 2 time's & finally I asked if they could just start her order over & she did then she didn't ask for as much!!! Wuz so cruel & mean to that Woman that wuz trying her best to help her!! Made me so mad that I wuz fixen to tell her off if she'd kept on.. But she didn't with tha Manager.. But I gave that Gurl a $10 tip ❤❤ Other than that I Love McDonald's especially since they have a better Manager ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More ⭐ if I could.. Thank You

Quick trip through the drive thru, fries were freshly made still hot.

When I visit down there in Tennessee I always stop in and say hi to the employees that my mom used to work with.. this Mac Donald's Rock's .. Fast and friendly service.. they have you in and out in the morning 🌄

We absolutely love their crispy chicken sandwiches especially if it comes with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise. Even the dollar ones aren't that bad if you get the spicy chicken ones.

This was one of the friendliest McDonald's that I've ever visited. I wish they were all like this. Above and beyond customer service!!!

I always buy sweet tea n coffee there. The prices are ridiculous on sweet tea it's a tea bag water n sugar nit like the soda fountain where u need the syrup the fizz n pay for machine to distribute it. The sweet teas should b back to 1.00 a large or 1.25 the most very upset gonna lose alit of money on those.

I went through the drive thru on my lunch break and I wasn't thinking it wasn't quite 10:30 yet. So I ordered a 10pc meal but they were very nice and I didn't have to wait long!

A newer renovated store and the staff is great. I didn't usually choose McDonald's until I visited this store. It's always clean, not a long wait, and the staff is amazingly friendly and always willing to satisfy your requests. I tend to see the same faces when I visit, and they are always smiling and welcoming. I would give you 10 stars if I could because you take pride in your store and especially your guests.

The employees there are very pleasant. Even the younger kids are respectful. I am disappointed that they quite selling the Chocolate Chip Frappe. That was the main reason I would go there. I'm not much on sodas

I like this McDonald's it's busy and fun run into friends there a lot too. Although it's busy this McDonald's is geared for high volume and the wait for your order is really pretty fast. And very good people work there too, and very clean dinning area and very clean rest rooms.

I really enjoy coming to this McDonald's due to that fact that I never have any issues. If I need a table clean they clean it right away.

Yea, at times there fries are cold but I think All Fast foo places has at least a few issues.

I am also Very Grateful because the Management has been so nice in letting the McNairy Chess Club have Chess Nights there. The staff are always nice and Respectful.

Cashier was training a new lady and they were both very nice and they got us our food quickly,but the quarter pounder sandwich was extremely covered in grease. It was so nasty. Eaw. Did not like at all but drinks and everything else was good though.

I have NEVER in my life experienced such amazing service at a MCDONALD'S! If it were up to me, everyone in that store would get a raise, along with whoever the GM is for this crew!!! Wow, what a genius you are!!! I just wish you could wave your magic wand and your magical employees over the Savannah, TN crew! Yikes! But the Selmer crew had me going from having a good day to a FANTASTIC day!!! I was able to order very quickly, and my order was no where near small. I went to the first window and I was greeted so warmly with a bright, beautiful smile in this lady's eyes. (Her mask was covering her actual smile.) She had me paid and on my way all within the matter of 10 seconds, LITERALLY! I move forward to the second window and they ALREADY have ALL of my food ready! Dang, Selmer crew moves quick! I could also see them smile through their eyes as well and they all spoke to me with the utmost respect and kindness. After leaving, I routinely like to check my food for any mistakes and for freshness, thanks to Savannah crew. Not one mistake was found, all my food was hot even after when I got it home and served it to my family! It was very fresh too! I ended up having to come back to get more food a little after because of more hungry family members, and there were a few different people that served me the second time, and they were just as pleasant. Good job, Selmer crew!!! I'll be willing to travel the 30 minutes from Savannah just to see your wonderful faces. Thank you!

Went to just get a drink. The drive thru was surprisingly fast. The employees were nice.

Genuinely one of the best McDonald's I've been to. They're fast and friendly. The restaurant mainly stays in a clean state. I love the new design and the kiosks make it more convenient for me to make my purchases.

Very nicely handled by a beautiful voice who educated me "Mc Donald's does not have sausage egg mcmuffins after 10:30 a.m". 🙃🤪

I guess I'll have to be earlier than I was that day. She was very apologetic for me. And I was happy with my experience...and learned something.

HOWEVER, I have since been told McDonald's does have a sausage egg burrito available all day....she could have offered that to me. 🥰 I would have had breakfast for lunch.

I love McDonald's...for the fries!

Quick drive thru while traveling, super hangry. So it was delicious. CHICKEN SANDWICH AND FRIES!
