Jazzercise

I Love this center! Brand new very clean. It's a smaller location but I love that because you don't feel like just another face amungst the crowd or awkward because you are all alone and everyone else knows each other. I have never felt judged or embarrassed by the instructors or participants. There is also bigger age range at this location and tons of classes everyday. Because its a full body workout, it is amazing how your body transforms in so little time. The instrutors give you high & low impact versions so you can go at your own pace. The workouts are current and very fun!

I start each morning with a Jazzercise class, and am then in a great mood for whatever the day brings. The instructors, and class members, make it fun to share music, dancing, and camaraderie. And, both my body and mind stay in great health!!

Jazzercise has been great for me. I no longer have to go to a chiropractor because it keeps my back and leg muscles strong.

The most fun way to get in shape! Nice space, great instructors! Friendly atmosphere!
