Great little neighborhood market. Defently does not have the selection that walmart or ingles has, but it is definitely an asset to McCaysville that I am thankful for.

It does have meats and produce and a few isles with the necessities, but nothing crazy.

We have a second home in Mineral Bluff and IGA is within 10 min from our place, I stop in regularly when in town to pick up odds and ends if needed, every week they have meat specials which they post on outside signage, I am glad they are there for the convenience, great hours and we like to support local businesses.

IGA is a great grocery store that's small and usually easy to get in and out of. Added bonus, no self checkout! You get the courtesy of having a person ring up the sale and bag your groceries.

Great friendly local place! It's small so it doesn't have what a huge chain would but we love it and they have what we need so we don't over do it like we would in a big place. Prices are great and it's clean and the people are amazing and helpful! I wish the freezer section had more options but because it's a small place they have loaded it as much as possible so can't complain. And it's never too crowded which we love !

For a very small town, this grocery store had much more than I expected. It served all of our needs except for beer. Very easy to navigate, very fast and friendly service.

A cute little grocery store with a very friendly “ Mayberry “ vibe. Don’t come here expecting Whole Foods…. It’s not that! But it carries the necessities you need for a long weekend trip.

We are new to the area and are so happy to have a grocery store right in McCaysville. Saves us a trip to Blue Ridge. It's a medium size store with a little bit of everything. Friendly staff, quality items.

Prices are good, staff is willing to help and very knowledgeable. If needed assistance associates will help take groceries out as well as load your car for you.

We needed ice for a large concrete pour. We bought every bag they had at the time. The cashier Tonya was so sweet and helpful and the bag boys were very helpful. Great service in a little store! The people made the experince great!

This small, hometown grocery store has everything you need including some of the nicest and most helpful staff anywhere. Meat and produce is always fresh & good. The store is clean and well lit with easy access. We are fortunate to have such a place in McCaysville.

Nicest employees you will ever communicate with!! Good old fashion heart warming people who welcome you like family as soon as you walk through those doors! And if you become a regular, they are like family!!! They are very kind. Oh and IGA is also a very wonderful store, some unique items, great meats and prices on the meats..

This small grocery store is a hidden gem with all your basics. There are limited options on trendy items so don't expect to find all of your special diet foods here. This is an older store, but very clean and organized in their limited space. They also have a deli with fresh sliced sandwich meats.

HOMETOWN/IGA is always awesome.. Friendly people, home environment & their meats are one of the best in Fannin County for a grocery store (it is cut at the store)! I remember shopping here with my dad 30+ yrs ago..
