Okay, 5 stars just on uniqueness!! I don't know where else you'll find a place like this in the U.S! If you're anywhere near McCaysville, GA such as Blue Ridge, GA, you have to visit just for the experience! It's right on Hwy. 5, about 10 miles North. This area is packed with good stuff. Cute shops and several restaurants. If you need a prescription filled or you need a handgun, this is your place! PS....they sell custom T-shirts. I bought one.

Cool little store. Had a clean bathroom too! Lots of neat souvenir shirts ($19.99) & even pint glasses. You can get your prescription filled & buy a gun or gun accessories. Plus pick up some autumn decor! If you’re in the area & looking for something to fill some time check it out. It’s right across from Burra Burra/Twisted Tomato at the bridge.

If you’ve ever been faced with the decision on whether you need drugs or a gun, this place is where you need to visit. It’s a great little store with exactly what it says it has drugs and guns and a lot of novelties if you’re in the area and just about to cross the border between Georgia and Tennessee try stopping off here.

Walked in for a prescription, walked out with a lever action shotgun.

I just love this quality, old school, family type pharmacy! Not the hassles and wait time of the 'big' pharms.
They know your name and how to take care of you; PLUS, you can ammo up or purchase that desired gun while picking up what you need!

Mr. Richardson is the man, thank you for everything today sir! I’ve been to almost every gun store in the region. I have 3 takeaways here
1. Customer service- non fudd atmosphere, kind people, helpful. They have gun knowledge and can be trusted to give you good advice.
2. It’s a GUN STORE AND PHARMACY!!! It’s so cool. Extra mags, GUNS, Ammo and lots of AR Parts, next isle over epson salts lol. Very cool and unique. They sell T shirts and stickers that say “Pistols and Prozacs” they make great gifts.
3. The deals. I love the deals. I drove form Atlanta to see the uniqueness ( pharmacy and gun store lol) and walked out with a deal I couldn’t pass up.

There are so many reasons to come to this town. Come to this store. It’s awesome people in this store are a reflection of this town. I love it and will be back very soon. Thank you!!!

An odd combo done nicely. Definitely bought ammo just because of the container.

Randy is the best! Very professional and knowledgeable firearm rep. He gave me a great deal on a used Taurus 9mm handgun, and I also got 10% off my ammo order. We also love our "Pistols or Prozac" t-shirts! I'm sure this will be the first of many purchases.

Randy in the Gun department took the time and showed the patience to find the perfect pistol for my wife. No pressure, he simply let her look, handle, think about it and hear his opinion of what fit her hand and experience. Then he went and found the perfect holster and walked her thru its fit and use. The background check was done very quickly and easily and getting good discounts and freebies on ammo and accessories when you buy a gun was the final positive item they did during the visit.

My family and I were in Blue Ridge from Atlanta on a trip and us guys wanted to find a local gun store to check out. We drove from Blue Ridge to McCaysville specifically to check out the Drug and Gun store that we kept seeing billboards for. We were impressed by the selection and the helpfulness of the staff. I eyed a new Glock G30s that I have been thinking about for a while now and it was anfair price, so I bought it. Could have I gotten it cheaper in Atlanta somewhere? Probably, but the service was outstanding! My father in law had also spotted a new Ruger Security 9 that he has been wanting to buy for his wife, I convinced him to buy it while we were there. It was also priced very fairly. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

As far as RX , this place is top notch ! They are fast to get an RX ready and text you when it's available . The Guns side of the store is good . They have a selection of handguns , rifles , ammo and accessories . I used to use a different pharmacy in Blue Ridge but not anymore . It can be busy when the train is in town but that's not a big deal because downtown is busy when the train is in town .

The most pleasant gun purchasing experience I've had in many years. Randy is Great, will definitely be returning soon.

I have to say that Mc Caysville Drug and Gun are the most FEIENDLY and HELPFUL folks you could ask for. Huge Big THANKS to Randy he really helped me took his time and most of all very knowledgeable of his products and my installation... I live a ways away but well worth the drive for the knowledge and HELPFUL environment!!!!

Besides being able to get my meds I can purchase a plethora of other neat things oh and guns too!! As a matter of fact I've purchased a few of them too!!!
