They are nice and friendly. I have begun to have more mobility because of them. I thought that I was going to have surgery I thank them for getting me back on track. They are good!!!

The nurses and doctors were caring and got me everything I needed. They explained my condition and had a great bedside manner.

MRHC rehabilitation services is staffed with exceptional therapists. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly and the facilities are very well equipped and very clean. The whole MRHC physical therapy program is first rate and my treatment program has significantly reduced my back pain. Thanks

The workers makes you feel comfortable and the environment makes you not want to go home. Lol! It's a lovely place to go.

I recently had emergency surgery. I’m a bad patient especially when I’m in pain. The emergency room department wasn’t the best but the nurse was extremely wonderful. I know there’s procedures to go through. They wasn’t bad but could be a lot better. Once being admitted I had the best nurses. They took care of me and I know that I was probably horrible (wasn’t trying to be) after surgery I felt better and I hope I wasn’t to bad to them. They all deserve daisy awards on the 2nd floor for putting up with me.

Before coming to rehab at MRHC I had a serious lumbar surgery with complications so I was a little apprehensive about starting PT. My assessment was extensive and through. I have been very comfortable in everything I’ve been asked to do in therapy. So so pleased .

I just had my mammogram and Dana was wonderful. Andrea did my bone density and she was great as well. I love your hospital, it’s so clean and everything is well organized.

I had a great experience at this hospital! I walked in with a minor head injury and got excellent care. The triage nurse was very friendly and she made me laugh quite a few times. The Nurse practitioner that did my stitches was also amazing! Even though it was midnight, she took her time to do the stitches in a way that would help my wound heal with a less visible scar (it’s in the middle of my forehead so I’m grateful for that). I was very happy about the whole experience. And I’m thankful I went to them instead of Jackson (I live about the same distance from both). Even the wait wasn’t terrible. It was maybe an hour of waiting and an hour for treatment, so not bad at all for a hospital, especially around midnight.
And of course I’m not saying all the doctors and nurses here are great, I was just lucky enough to get two that were!

This facility and staff deserve a 5 star rating. They have been wonderful in the care and services provided. Everyone that I have encountered has been friendly, encouraging and supportive. They appear to have a great knowledge and skill base. They also seem to work well together and with their clients served. We are truly blessed to have this wonderful group of people in our community.

Everyone at this facility seems to be concerned about their patients care! They are knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to lend a helping hand. They give excellent service and have a desire the see patients succeed and progress to the best of their ability, and will do whatever it takes in order for them to do so! I highly recommend Magnolia Rehab & Wellness Center! If you are looking for a place that is concerned about your well-being and your health this is the place you want to be!

I went to the ER this morning. Having been diagnosed with Covid & was feeling ready sick. Everyone was so kind. I got excellent care. I did not get everyone names. Dr Haywood was the doctor there today. A big Thank you to everyone.

It was a necessary visit that magnolia made a pleasure for me from the nice guy who checked me in to the caring person who preformed the MRI it was a pleasure until it was finished. Again Thank you all

My first experience with Magnolia Outpatient Rehab was almost 20 years ago after a serious accident. With the care and determination of therapist J. Meeks, I began with a hand and arm that I was given little hope of ever using much to using it for work and my daily needs with only a small deficit. Since that time the therapist at Magnolia have assisted me in recovering from spinal fusion surgery 2020 and currently assisting in recovery from total hip replacement. I’ve felt like I received the very best care from all 3 therapists. Mike Kuykendall

Absolutely hands down, I think this hospital and staff have been amazing. This is based solely on our experience in MICU. The care and the compassion that we received from Ariel and Stephanie, made me feel better about leaving my husband in their care. We are from out of state, and could not stay for more than 3 days. My husband was transferred to SICU, and Kim his nurse there today was wonderful. It was very sad to leave, not knowing when we will see him again. I have read some of the negative reviews, and just can’t fathom that. Everyone we talked to was very courteous and patient. We call sometimes 5 time a day for updates. MMRHC, please give our thanks to the wonderful staff you have working there.

Showed up at 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning, the ER waiting room was pretty quiet. They got me registered and in a room in under 20 minutes and the doctor saw me immediately. Best ER experience I've ever had! The doctor made sure to eliminate a few other options with what I had going on via diagnostic testing and made me feel very confident in their diagnosis and treatment plan. The nurses did a great job and everyone was really nice to me. All the testing was done very quickly and results were returned promptly. I was out of there and on my way home by 9 AM.

While visiting family in a neighboring town my father suffered a nasty fall. After getting him to the E. R. By Ambulance they acted quickly determining he fractured his hip. Within 10hrs they had him into surgery. Everyone treated us so well like family! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional! Made it back to Arkansas three days after surgery. And the staff was so polite they actually took it upon themselves to personally call and checkup on him twice. If only it wasn't almost three hours from home I would use them for all my health care needs. I'll forever be in their debt. Thanks for everything they were like an angel sent from Heaven that more than likely saved my Father's life.

The physical therapist here are very professional, and knowledgeable and truly care about there patient’s recovery.
