Needed a small storage unit at the end of February for a short time. Brenda was super nice. Bring your own lock to save ten dollars if you can. The location is convenient, secure and easy to get into.

Brenda is so helpful and a valuable asset. She is kind and honest and I’m glad she is available to help me with my questions.

Brenda was so accommodating! We moved cross country and were able to get everything squared away over the phone. She was so easy to work with! Plus the facility is immaculate. After storing our stuff for almost 2 years we had zero bugs or pest in the unit!! We would highly recommend this facility.

Brenda was extremely helpful and kind, walked me through the entire process and did all the paperwork with ease and without any complications. Extrmely good customer service, and it made me feel extremely safe knowing that there is only one entrance in and out, and that they have video surveillance. Definitely recommend this place!

Brenda was very welcoming from the phone call to the office! She was very friendly! I ran into the problem of not having enough space 2 days later and she was more than welcome to transfer me to a bigger storage. Not to mention, the price was great! If you are looking for a place to store your things, I recommend this Storage, as they are honest and reasonably priced.I was traveling on a motorcycle and I had a problem and I needed a place to leave the motorcycle to pick it up later, I called several Storage and they all charged me a higher price taking advantage of the situation I was in, the U-Store- It was the only one who didn't take advantage of the situation. This place really deserves a high recommendation.

The manager Ms. BRENDA was very nice. She was very thorough and helpful as I am a first time storage renter. Their prices are really decent as opposed to all the other storages I looked at. If you ever need one that's definitely the place to go their storages are very private and secure and that's what I like most.

The rates are cheaper than anyone in town, and the lady who runs the place, Brenda, is on property at all times, so it’s super safe. I never got my rate raised for any reason, and for that, I am thankful. If I need a storage unit in Texarkana again, I will definitely rent only from U Store It
