Great store! Actually a decent grocery store! The meat market is definitely worth checking out, fresh cut steaks at a very reasonable price! The staff is always very friendly as well, I would recommend this store to anyone! That is until I started working there, just not enough money for me which I didn’t expect to get rich, but as much money as it’s making they could pay better! Everything is really expensive!

I was in your store in Frankston on Sat. Night. I was assisted by a new girl named Rochelle. She was so pleasant an helpful. What a nice addition to your team. Well done.

Used to like this place, unfortunately my last 2 visits have both been bad. Last time I ordered a pizza and an armadillo egg, sat down had the egg... the pizza never came. When I finally ran out of time I told the guy what happened and he found it with phone in orders. This time I got my pizza slow but not as bad, but then I took a bite and there was pineapple on my Supreme! Who died that.

Love this store, HUGE variety of items, wonderful employees, however, for the past three weeks(maybe longer), they have been closed after 11:00pm. It states that they are having staffing issues on the door, but for four weeks? This is litterally the ONLY place to get any food after 11:00pm for miles.

My review, and stars will updated when this has been rectified.

Used to love eating here. Place has really gone down hill. Leaks everywhere. Water on the floors. Bathrooms are filthy. Rather go next door and that's saying alot!

On 3/19/2023 time 8.30pm, Buddy and I went in to kim’s, there were two blond girls behind the register.
My buddy was checking-out by the blond with glasses on, she was not so friendly to him. He went outside.
The two girls were smirking comments concerning him, which I heard. I was next to the wine section, when I heard it.
Frankston is a small community, and this type of Services should not be tolerated, especially in this small town community. teacher employees to be respectful to customers.

I have never had a worse experience than what I just had. I just gave the cashier 3 lottery tickets to cash in and they totaled $40.00! She started throwing out change on the counter dollar bills to five dollar bills a 20 and I told her it should be $40. She said I have no idea and once she got all that money laid out on the counter I said no can I have a $20 bill for all that change and she said “Sure” Now why couldn’t she have done that to begin with when I told her how much it was all she had to do was add the tickets up but she wouldn’t do that. People cannot count change or add any more why are they cashiers it’s unbelievable! .

The food was cool but they allow off duty employees to casually walk in/out of kitchen stealing pieces of food with bare dirty hands. Also it’s always a long wait time to get your food

I didn’t hate it just to much trash even when the employees start acting like they run the whole store like they had bought it sad to see
