The gentleman that took my order was super friendly and quick to get me taken care of. I also watched him stop what he was doing to get another customer ice for her drink since there was no ice in the lobby drink machine. Good folks like that are hard to come by these days.

Always good..fresh every time... if I am in a rush, call in my order ...ready when I get there.. Management is always on top of things if something wrong...Happy hour....Tea is only .50 cents for 32oz.. lunch specials 11 to 3:30 ...Love this place..

I stop here at least once a week with my grandson..food is hot and fresh and the drive thru people are super friendly!

Whitehouse Chicken Express is KILLING it with their customer service!! Always super friendly, and I've had a different window server every time at their drive through. It's like they really enjoy being at work or something..... or maybe they secretly think it's funny that I ordered a four piece and they crammed more in there, knowing it would totally mess with my diet. Either way, I always pull away with a smile on my face. Their management is doing something right!

Chick-fil-A employees might be required to be polite, but these young ladies at the Chicken Express here in Whitehouse are amazing! They legitimately love to help and provide awesome service. Today, I ordered my meal and a 7 piece tender meal for my two kids to share. When the young lady brought our food out, she had split the meal into two plates for my kids and brought two small drinks instead of the one the meal came with. NOW THAT IS GOOD SERVICE! It wasn’t scripted and she wasn’t required to do that for us. She did that because she is kind and wanted to provide us with the best service possible.

It’s nice to have this Chicken E as part of the Whitehouse community. I appreciate not having to drive into Tyler for good food options. The fried okra is the best side btw! I usually get the tenders for my main meal. The gravy is good and you have to get a cookie every once in awhile.

Favorite place to eat. The few times there have been mistakes, it’s rectified with no attitude whatsoever(nice change from most fast food places). The workers are kind to us customers and seem to have a good sense of camaraderie with their peers. I always feel comfortable in their store. I love the food, it’s fresh and they make sure to give me good pieces, never stiff me on the amount of food.
Even when customers are rude, I’ve seen how the managers take over and do whatever it takes to fix the situation. Overall, 5/5 stars!

The manager at this Whitehouse location "Carlie", is outstanding. She and the rest of her staff are great! She and her staff went above and beyond in addressing a minor problem. I find employees like this to be a really hard to find in this day and age. I am very impressed. Oh and the food is delicious.

I give a three star because the chicken, coleslaw biscuits & mac n cheese are delicious! The mashed potatoes and gravy are so so, green beans are a tad salty. The staff is so friendly! I wish I could give more stars but every single time I’ve been here my order is incorrect even after asking them to double check. They will not haggle with you if you call and tell them…they’ve even offered to comp the next meal…they will give you anything that is missing BUT it would be best if the order were right to start. If this changes, I will change my review.

Food was fantastic, fresh and fast getting to us. We got the chicken and chicken tenders and both were excellent. I love their mashed potatoes and rolls. Very happy stomach indeed. Still good, everyone was working very hard when we were there.

After purchasing a fish snack that wasn’t up to their usual standard, I called to let them know. The manager was so kind and said to come in whenever it was convenient and they’d make it right. Boy, did they! Gave extra fish and sauces and it was delicious—just like I expected!

The chicken at Chicken Express is really good... Crispy and golden brown! The tea is not to be missed either. Buy a gallon jug of it when you can - I really enjoy the flavor. The sides are affordable and good and it's just an all-around good restaurant. Quite satisfactory!

Never thought I’d take the time to write a simple review for a chicken place but they forced my hand. The chicken is always super tender and moist and the flaky crust has just enough salt to make these pop. Plus, their staff is always friendly and willing to make things right if your order isn’t perfect!

Really nice staff. Everyone seemed happy as if they really enjoyed working there. Good food. Jalapeño Ranch dipping sauce is king.

Just got done with the day to pick up some chicken. Tasted good and added some bbg sauce on my own for the best tasting chicken

Food was good and fresh but was disappointed my 4 piece tender meal only had 3 tenders and a 4th little sliver of one.
