Advantage did an amazing job installing my new roof. Darin and Courtney were great to work with. They immediately sent over a crew to cover my wind damaged roof. Install was fast and professional. Very proud of my new roof. I even have it armored with high wind resistant ridge shingles. Highly recommend.

My roofing job was not as large as some others, but Ryan Merrell and the crew who worked here treated me as though it was their only job at the time. Ryan showed up to look at the job when he promised, got me a fair quote in a timely manner and worked with me to get the work scheduled. Everyone who worked on the job did so in a meticulous manner ...... all the way through cleanup. The roofing job was not on my house, but an auxiliary building. While here, Ryan inspected my house roof due to the recent hailstorm. He DID NOT try to sell me a new roof.
I could not be more satisfied.

First of all, I have to say 5 stars is not enough for this company. It’s a 10 star company!!!
Darin and Courtney were absolutely awesome. They took great shots of the roof with a drone leaving no doubt of the damage that was done from the hailstorm.
As soon as they were contacted, they came right out. They also came out when my insurance adjuster came out to inspect and within five days of the inspection, they were putting my roof on and finished that evening. I’ve never seen such fast perfect work, and never imagined I’d ever see it in a roofing company.
. I expressed my concerns around my house like tile around the pool deck, pool, ACs, pool equipment, Generac landscaping and windows just anything that I expressed concern over they took care of my concerns 100%. They made sure everything was covered. Everything was netted and they went out and bought many sheets of plywood to make sure Windows and deck and landscape was more than protected.
The crews that they have are amazing they are efficient, thorough, driven, professional, and very caring. I know they were very tired at the end and they still stayed past dark to make sure everything was picked up and cleaned up and left in the same condition that they found it in when they drove up that morning. .

Hail storm left us in bad shape with our roof. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, mostly just read them, but Advantage Roofing and especially Ryan deserve an exception. They are total professionals from start to finish and I wish I had found them sooner. Everything went exactly as Ryan said it would at the beginning of the project, no surprises whatsoever. Highly recommend them and will use no other company from this point forward. Recommended them to my neighbors and family who hired them at the same time they were working for me. This is the second house I've had completely re-roofed in the last 5 years and my third experience with working Advantage Roofing Company in Tyler who repaired the inner walls and ceilings that had been damaged by a leaky roof in the first house before the roof was replaced.

In all three cases, the Advantage Roof representatives were very friendly, professional, patient with my inquiries, thorough with their explanations and follow-up communications, and schedules which are so dearly appreciated.

The crew that did the installation were one of the hardest working crews I’ve ever seen. They started promptly at 7:00AM and didn’t quit until 9:00PM with a small finish up the following morning.

Although I think that Advantage Roofing Company’s prices are a bit high, higher than most in the surrounding area and this is my third experience with working with them, I would never hesitate to recommend them because their prices are reflected in the quality of their materials and the quality of their work. As the old adage goes, “you get what you pay for.”

I especially thank Ryan Merrell for meticulously monitoring and supervising the work in timely and well scheduled manner and for keeping me in the loop as the work from start to finish. He is a pleasure to do business with.

Ryan bid a competitive price but the quality of workmanship and customer service brings me back! They found and stored an Owen’s Corning class IV hail impact resistant material and stored it for me until I could be there. They do everything the right way including removing all old shingles, underlayment and nails. They install everything using the methodology and materials as specked out by Owen’s Corning to achieve the platinum guarantee. Installed matching drip molding and flashed all roof perforations. When East TX hail returns, I will call advantage again!

The cruise at Advantage Roofing were great. Friendly and they obviously know what they’re doing. It didn’t take them long at all to redo my roof. Ryan and Jimmy took care of all the paperwork and dealing with my insurance company. I recommend them to everybody.

I interviewed three roofing companies, received quotes, and chose Jim Renfro and Derrick White with Advantage Roofing. They were not the least expensive, but to me, they offered the best value. They provide exceptional products, service, and superior project management. Before replacing the roof, I knew I should paint the house and replace some facia and the gutters, but I had no contractors. Advantage did. Their choice of subcontractors and subsequent management of the same was almost seamless. If I had any questions, I knew I could always text or call Jim. All the subcontractors showed up knowing what to do. I did not have to manage them. They cleaned up thoroughly every day during the project. From start to finish, they worked hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied and the process was as smooth and easy.
