Very happy with the service provided by Gerald, the owner. He fixed the leak in the heating system as well as some wrong wiring. MGP Mechanical seems to be a very well run company. I've used MGP Mechanical a couple of times for plumbing issues and they've always been responsive, timely, trustworthy, helpful, and knowledgeable. I never feel like I'm being sold something unnecessary and they always teach me a couple things for my own knowledge! Also very pleased with the minor jobs that were completed. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service! Our water heater went out one night. I called MGP the next morning and Gerald arrived a couple hours later, immediately found the issue, and had a technician come out with a replacement water heater later that day. I will definitely call MGP when I need mechanical/plumbing services in the future!

MGP Mechanical provided an estamate for both a tank and tankless water heat er. Arrived ahead of schedule.. Very thorough in explalining removal and installation process for both types of water heater. Cost estimate and detailed explanation of work provided in a timely manner.

The technician did a very thorough examination of the situation, explaining everything to me and providing a very detailed proposal. In the end I chose a cheaper option. I was able to do that with confidence because I was knowledgeable due to the MGP technician efforts.

MGP Mechanical is a great company to work with from beginning to the end! We are extremely happy with their service. We had a Navien Tankless Water Heater installed a couple of weeks ago. Their prices were very reasonable. Gerald was very knowledgeable when came out and gave us a quote. Installers, Carlos and Noah were very respectful of our property. They made sure everything was done
properly before they leave. The city inspector came out and inspected our water heater within a couple of days and we got our green tag. We really lucked out and found such a great company that will service our home from now on. Thanks again, Gerald, Carlos, and Noah! We love having endless hot water at our home.

Specifically called MGP for their knowledge of Navien Tankless water heaters and was very impressed. The technician was super knowledgable and even spent the time to explain and teach me about the Navien unit, what exactly he was doing, and future recommended work for how to improve and keep the unit working efficiently and properly. It makes a huge difference when someone knows exactly what they're doing and does it in a professional manner.

Had a whole home water filtration system installed. Great product, great service and professional installation. Showed up on time and got it done. Can't ask for better plus the pricing was thousands under the other guys.

We have used MGP Mechanical on a number of occasions. Our behest job however was the entire system replacement of our A/C units. We changed out old for new and updated thermostats. Since then our management ability and the efficiency of the new units has been remarkably better. Can’t say exactly the dollars saved each month but it has been a savings. Their price was fair and their work excellent. Great guidance during the project as well. Nice to deal with knowledgeable professionals. Would recommend to others for sure.

I called MGP after finding out my usual guy had retired without notice because I had a musty smell coming through my cooler vents. They came out the very next day, which is when I got to learn that my prior service provider had not been cleaning my unit and was using pads that were much too big. They were bunched up at the bottom and holding onto the water. As such, my unit has suffered a great deal of rusting, the pads were full of water, had grown mold, and were breeding mosquitoes.!!! One day after MGP provided service and addressed these issues I feel better mentally and physically, and have 90% fewer mosquitoes in my house. Highly recommend. ❤

I thought I did an update to my original post, but I have recommended MGP Mechanical on numerous occasions so far because I am and was impressed by the quality, concern, professionalism, timely and respect for my property that MGP showed in the installation of a new hot wat tank, furnace and A/C. At the time my last post was made, I had only had the hot water tank installed but they finished the A/C and furnace on July 6th. So thankful they were recommended by close friends of mine, they lived up to everything they said they were. Glenn, the person I spoke to and gave me prices and recommendations, etc. was absolutely the most professional personal I have ever dealt with, the technicians were all very respectful and cleaned up after they performed the work which impressed me. Thank you MGP Mechanical everything is working great and the A/C is keeping the house nice and cool in this heat.

The best referral is usually from friends you trust. MGP came from a friend and although a little on the high side, they were responsive, professional, quick to diagnose the problem, and got our HVAC working within 1.5 hours. Still deserve 5 stars.

MGP was one of the only HVAC services that offered to quote prices without scheduling a service call first. I knew what model I had and what service I needed, and MGP quoted me a reasonable price, offered generic parts options to save money, and didn’t try to up sell. Service tech Austin arrived on time and effectively conducted the service and troubleshooting. Final price matched what was quoted over the phone.

Once again MGP fixed and repaired my heater when I needed it most. Amazing company and excellent service.
