À La Sweet

I just love this wonderful French Bakery. She makes the BEST Macarons, always perfection. Today we had Almond Croissants - so fresh and delicious! Try the Butterfly Lemonade - Passion Fruit. It's a little added treat to watch the colors change in front of your eyes.

The restaurant had a good atmosphere. The rolled ice cream was a very good light treat. The macarons were also very delicious. The staff was awesome and they made the rolled ice cream in front of me! It was a great experience, and I will be going back soon.

One of my favorites. A La Sweet has fantastic baked good. Clearly the chef is classically trained. If you are going to blow the calories of an almond croissant you should have the best one in town. Delicious coffee drinks, my favorite is the salted caramel, they make the caramel themselves. The macrons are direct from Paris perfect. The butterfly lemonade I had this summer was delicious and beautiful. When I want to be good I can have tea and a great avocado toast. There are lovely keto and gluten free options. Haven't tried the ice cream, but their standards are high so it must be pretty good.

A La Sweet is incredible, a true gem in this part of Texas. For almost 40 years I’ve convinced myself that I hate pastries. Well, guess what? I went out on a limb today and tried the almond croissant. I ate every single crumb of that croissant and daydreamed about making ritual of coming back every Monday to have it again. It was paired with the smoothest Anericano you could possibly imagine. My morning was heavenly.

Amazing gluten-free options! How Coco was delicious and could be done with almond milk and coconut milk as well. Gluten-free almond cake was superb! Wonderful atmosphere

I don't give out 5s. But, just the vibes alone here are outstanding. The employees were gracious, kind and funny. The coffee was excellent. The macrons made it ;)

Picked up six macrons for a Valentine's Day treat for my daughter. First time I had been in the place, and it was really good. The macrons were really delicious, the service was quick and friendly, and the shop itself was warm and inviting. I'd like to see an expanded menu, but sometimes doing just a few things really, really well is the way to go - maybe that's the case here. Great place, definitely worth a visit.

Hands down to the best pastry shop in highland village! Canelé was my favorite and the passion fruit mousse!! The atmosphere was very calm and charming. Best place to have a chat with a friend, study, or just to chill while munching on their delicious pastries and coffee! They also have rolled ice cream in different flavors. I will definitely come back to taste the other pastries!

This one of the cutest bakeries in the area! Their coffee & flavored lattes are SUBLIME. I love that the selection of pastries/cakes/macarons change each time I come by- there's always something new to try.
It used to be a rolled ice cream shop, and it's still offered! But the shop has now evolved into so much more. I came by yesterday for the Open Mic Night & had such a blast. It's just a lovely little one-stop shop.

Second time to A La Sweet in the last two weeks. We've ordered rolled ice cream, keto desserts, gluten free macaroons and coffee. It's all delicious. I wish I had taken pictures of it all, but they were too good to stop.
Very happy my kids can get rolled ice cream and I can grab some delicious keto cheesecake or lemon bars all in the same beautiful location.
I see High Tea may be coming soon....I am excited about that prospect.
Note: Don't come in a hurry. Make sure you take time to savor the beauty of the shop and the food..and you won't be disappointed.

Update: this coffee and dessert shop is STILL my favorite go-to spot! The almond croissants are to die for, and all of the flavored coffees (syrups are made in-house) are equally delicious. The boxed macarons make perfect gifts - unique, tasty and beautifully presented! A must check out! Great for daily coffees and a small treat. Ask about their custom French-inspired cakes!! They are artistically delicious!!

A La Sweet in Highland Village is my new go-to coffee and dessert place! Very charming store and personable service. They offer specialty coffees and moist, delicious (and beautiful!) desserts, cakes, macarons and more. Owner was a pastry chef in Paris!! Highly recommend!

Went to try some samples before ordering for my wedding and loved what was sampled and the atmosphere was wonderful. I decided to order petite four cakes and an Eiffel Tower that was made of donut holes and toped with chocolate cream icing. At the reception the guests said they loved the tower and petite four cakes and said they were sweet and fresh. Also was glad that they were able to do gluten free cakes as we needed them for our wedding. They helped me in every way I needed. Plan to use them again in the near future.

Best pastries and coffee in the area! All of the baked goods and coffee syrups are made in house! To top it off, the atmosphere is charming and the staff was incredibly friendly - they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Definitely recommend this location!

P.S. They have very unique coffee flavors and the madeleine's are delicious!

Such a cute spot! Their macarons are the true French macarons. Delicious with a great crunch and chewy inside. And the almond croissant - OMG truly one of the best things I've ever eaten! And the service is wonderful. Very welcoming and warm. Great place to stop and have coffee, tea or hot chocolate and a sweet treat! Loved it and will definitely become a regular customer!

I loved the keto almond cake and latte! Really delicious! The atmosphere was really cozy and welcoming as well. Definitely will be coming back. Great place to sit down and get some work done while snacking or just chat with friends!

What a lovely coffee shop with desserts, croissants,
Macaroons and you just need to come, in as you will not be disappointed. Everything is made from scratch, nothing is prepackaged and it DELICIOUS!!
Makes Starbucks seem like McDonalds.
Quality of their products is exceptional.

I visited this location today and for the first time I had the macaroons. I tried the salted caramel and the lemon. The lemon was my fav but I fell in love with the ambiance of the place. It was so peaceful and serene. I will definitely go back when I want to just unplug. Loved it! 💕

Stopped in on my lunch break to get a latte and pastry. Latte was perfect; not to hot and not too sweet (salted caramel) and the almond croissant was amazing. Service was quick and friendly. Environment was very relaxed and clean. Five + stars
