This is an excellent & relaxing store, was not crowded. Everyone was nice. Juan was very knowledgeable, gave his honest opinions and kept it very professional.

Purchased a new bed with my wife today and they made it so easy ! We were helped quickly and were able to order what we wanted for delivery when we wanted ! Assuming the delivery and products go well in a couple weeks this was awesome ! The design specialist was helpful and really made the difference! Prices are very reasonable here We love this store !

Cinda is an absolute delight to work with! She was so incredibly helpful with assisting me in the purchase of a headboard. She provided excellent service and was super friendly. If you need assistance with the furniture buying/design process ask for Cinda. She does not disappoint! We will definitely be back to this location.

My family and I had a design appointment with Erin today. She was absolutely fantastic. Went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our choices.
The rest of the staff members we interacted with were also all very nice, including the manager (I believe her name is Miriam).

Good quality, fair prices when on sale. Good design. New designers have been making a great improvement with the products. First stop when I need home furnishings.

Great Store! Great customer service! I've been going to this location for years. I have always been treated kindly. The employees have always been available when i needed assistance, always polite and friendly especially Miriam. She goes above and beyond the expected!

Spent some time here just browsing. We have some gift cards that are about to expire. From the moment we walked through the door until we left every employee we passed asked us if we needed help or if we were doing ok, etc. There was a different employee in each part of the store and they were all helpful. Found some ideas for the house but didn't buy anything. They appear to be trending away from previous reviews.

Had the best experience with Laura, was blown away by her customer service and kindness.

Fast online order pickup. Working on parking lot so navigating it was quite a treat! Be careful tight quarters right now.

Truly a beautiful store. The way everything is laid out and mapped out in the store is beautiful. The staff was very helpful. Very courteous.

Pricey but good quality. I love PB mainly for the bedding although I'm left cold by the current ditch water dull colored offerings.
