We love our new TV console. Fits our 75” TV perfectly. Brad, our sales representative was very helpful and the two young men who delivered and set everything up did a great job. We are very happy with Rooms to Go.

I recently purchased a bedroom set at Rooms To Go on the Katy Freeway and had an incredibly positive experience thanks to my salesperson, Marlene.

Ditch the old-school salesman image! Marlene was a fantastic change of pace. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and offered helpful advice without ever being pushy. Marlene was also incredibly patient, answering all my questions thoroughly and never making me feel rushed.

This was my first time at rooms to go and I was very pleasantly surprised. Shariq helped us out and he was incredibly helpful and available without ever being smothering. We never felt like we were being followed around and pushed for a sale. We were allowed to wander on our own terms but were able ask questions when we needed it. Got a great deal in the end.

Liet was the best at helping me buy my new furniture!!! She was very knowledgeable of the mattresses and she made sure I was fully satisfied with everything I got. She was very sweet and made the experience a pleasure! 10/10, would definitely ask for her for any future furniture purchases!

Our salesman Josh was outstanding in every way. He allowed us to walk the floor without any pressure sales, checking on us every 30 minutes to see if we had any questions. When we had questions, he was expedient in answering them; without having to ask a manager. Exceptional sales person, that really knows how to satisfy the consumer. We can not speak more highly of him and this location. We actually had left another Rooms to Go location, just to go back and deal only with Josh. PJ at this location was another individual that was extremely courteous and respectful that we were working with Josh. So much so, that when he seen we had a question, that he addressed it towards Josh. You can see that the sales people at this specific location have respect for one another, by assisting without pressure sales tactics. My wife and I highly recommend the Rooms to Go, Houston location off of I-10.

I visited several furniture places over 2 months and ended up coming back to this location and talking with Liet. On my first visit I gave her a brief description of what I was looking for and she took it from there. She was like a great tour guide, taking me to exactly what I would be interested in, thorough in descriptions, pros/cons, features, and allowing to take my time to check them out. In all it was a pleasant experience, especially since I was able to take the time on my own to test the furniture pieces to come to a decision. Big shout to Liet Cuba, thank you!!

I absolutely love RTG! All of the sales associates were nice and welcoming! I didn't feel overwhelmed and hassled! No one kept appearing out of nowhere! They assisted me at my pace! I didn't feel pressured into making any purchases! Although, I did and I thank Sales Associate, Shariq Ahmed for being great at what he does!
