The pizzas are very original and very good 🥰🍕 this is the good place to spend time with your family and friends. People who work there have excellent customer service and I enjoyed this location.

I went here with a women's book club - a group of women is the hardest to please - yet Piola did it. Everyone enjoyed their salads, soups, pasta and pizza as well as the environment. The Pizzas are delicious with a thin crust that I enjoy.

If I had to describe an informal Italian restaurant that has great food and a comfortable family neighborhood non-chain type Vibe. This would be the place. The food is always exceptional well priced. The drinks are always great. This is consistently a fantastic choice for dinner. The gnocchi melts in your mouth the way those after-dinner mints do. The cheese sauce is out of this world I don't think I have ordered a pizza that is bad here. In the Caphrina drinks are fantastic ( have them) make it a double if you don't like it too sweet

Excellent customer service! Online order was checked twice by two different staff members, and both used my name in greetings, and wished me a great evening by name on the way out.

Enticing adult beverages available also, with a full bar. Fun decorated restaurant with comfortable seating. We cant wait to eat our way through this menu!

We love Piola! It’s this little hidden gem. We come here quite often because I have dietary issues and they always accommodate me. The food is always fresh and fabulous! We always have Felipe as our server and he is always so kind!

the waiter was nice and for the most part gave us space and time to converse. some may feel like it’s a lack of customer service but it felt more like he was around and wasn’t hovering or constantly asking if everything was ok. the waiter was still pretty attentive. the gnocchi was soft and delicious and the sauce was yummy. the chicken parm was enjoyable and the drinks were also very enjoyable. definitely will be back

Delicious, authentic Italian food. Great customer service, too. Go for the spicy diacola (pepperoni) pizza if you want pepperoni. The pineapple juice with mint was so refreshing and not too sweet. We also had the meatballs and finished every bite of our food. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back soon!

Our waiter Felipe at the Houston Memorial location was very attentive and accommodating. I asked for a special sauce not on the menu. He made it happen.
