Staff are ignorant and rude. They either pretend, or do not speak english. I bought a car wash. Code is invalid, no one knows what to do. The manager is never there and am told to come at 6am! I got a 'number' to call, but no one answers. This is not the first time that codes haven't worked, and as usual it is everyone's fault, or the customer doesn't know the rules ! The receipt clearly shows the validity dates and the code, but it doesn't work and you can't get someone who knows how to correct the issue. Of course, when that validity date comes around, it your fault. A total scam !!

Store clearly get all its traffic at night but you got a coin toss of it really being open. Open “24 hours” lol sure maybe over the course of 3 days.
