Amazing people! Fair, Honest, Good people. Brought my truck here after taking it to a local dealership for service. The dealership was trying to charge me over $15,000.00 for the repairs while Corliss was able to get my truck running better than it has in a long while and saved me over $13,000.00 at the same time.

They communicated with me every step of the way, the charged me what they said they would and the truck was ready when they said it would be.

Had an AC concern, they took care of me so I could go home for a funeral. The blonde lady at the front was amazing. They got me in and out, I will definitely come back. We were passing through Texas on our move from Florida to Arizona when we heard a terrible clunking noise! What a blessing from the Lord that Corliss was 3 minutes from where we were staying. They helped us quickly and fairly and we were on the road the same day before noon! Wonderful service, wonderful people, highly recommend!

EXCELLENT WORK. Not the cheapest, but seems like the best. Worth a little extra for HONEST, and knowledgeable auto experts. I am ow taking all three of my vehicles for oil changes and engine tuneups.
I also like the fact that they are family owned and operated.
They also don't do non-needed gimmick services.

Extremely thorough on explaining all details concerning the work to be performed on my vehicle. This is a family owned business and you absolutely can tell. They treat you like family. I've resided in "old" Katy my entire life and never received such impeccable service!! I brought my truck in from a previous shop that caused more damage than good that I have been chasing to figure out what it wrong. I brought the truck to Mr. Corliss and ever since it has been there they have been very kind and professional to me and I would have not expected anything less from them. They are upfront with what is wrong with my truck and have kept me updated with the process.

In May of 2020, the air conditioning system on our 2012 Lincoln MKZ stopped working and we took it to Fulshear Tire & Automotive for servicing. After spending $2,002.50 and three visits it appeared to be fixed. However, we found that when using the system on “auto” over a period of time, it would stop working until turned off and restarted. In July of 2021 we took the vehicle to West Point Lincoln and were told that the system was working normally, and no problem was found. In September 2022 we decided that we would take it to Corliss Automotive (well recommended) and try one more time to get it fixed. Kyle and Ram spent an incredible amount of time trying to diagnose the problem and finally found that at some prior time the system had been “jury-rigged” with a fix that made it only work part time. I highly recommend Corliss Automotive auto for all repair needs.

Very honest, prices are fair. Once I had an AC issue and took it to them. They could have told me it was a $500 job and I would have had it done. They told me that I had something (don't remember what it was) unplugged and they simply plugged it in for me. Now, that is honest!! Will never go anywhere else.

I recently took my car to Corliss to have them repair my car. They had to replace my engine and redo my breaks. I couldn’t be more please with the car and Corliss Automotive. They charged me a fair price and they keep me posted on the status of the car and when it would be ready. This is the 1st time I have used them and I will not be using anyone else but them in the future!

The people here were awesome! They tried to trouble shoot my trunk lock before even taking it apart. When it didn’t work, they took it apart to find the lock broken and offered to fix it at price, but I was on my way out of to n and it was in warranty. They still helped me latch it closed. He went out of his way to help and didn’t even get anything out of it. You don’t see that kind of service often and he was very knowledgeable.

I had a noisy front suspension that 2 other shops could not diagnose. Corliss took it in the morning, called me by 2pm, and it was fixed by 5pm. On top of that they could have charged me for a bunch of parts and labor that I would've paid to get rid of the problem, but did not. I had to wait a few days for an appt. but will gladly do that anytime my car needs service. I found my go-to shop!

I had a good experience. They are professional good at communicating what was needed for my repair. I feel the price was appropriate. Would definitely use them again. They came highly recommended by a friend that has used them for 15+ yrs

Our experiences here with Brad Corliss and his crew have been very good. Friendly, efficient, and they found a transmission problem even the best tranny shop in Katy missed!
