Kassa Mall Home Furniture & Mattress

Recently I was shopping for bar stools. I was having hard time finding something I liked. I stumbled across something in another furniture store however, found the same identical thing a Kassa at half the price. Their delivery fee was reasonable and included assembly. Would totally shop again. The only thing I would recommend for improvement is that they should contact the customer within 24-48 hours to setup delivery. I had to call them.

I had a wonderful shopping experience. Chris was very helpful and showed me a bunch of different items. I ended up buying a very nice couch and saved thousands compared to online prices. l will definitely be doing more business with them!

We got a great deal on a chair that we have been looking at for a few months on the Internet at other stores. They saved us about $400! The staff at KM was very helpful. Didn't expect that for an order on the Internet! I will definitely look to them for future purchases.

I absolutely adore my furniture from Kassa Mall and the assembly was as simple as anything I ever put together...... I will definitely be ordering more furniture from here and highly recommend them to anyone. Oh and one more thing customer service is great, I love the fact that Chris kept me up to date with my order....

Although the visit started unsettling because I arrived way past opening time and no one was there. I left and received a phone call about 5 minutes later from Chris who asked me to return, I had doubts but I returned on good faith. Glad I did got an excellent deal although I think my time should have been compensated since I drove over 25 miles to get to the closed store, that should had been open. Chis was still patience and found what I wanted. BUT free delivery would be nice for a returning customer.

I am giving Kassa Mall 5 stars from the purchasing process to the delivery! I had ordered two sleeper sofa sectionals at great prices and I was assisted from beginning to end! Gary is AWESOME! Your guys have already delivered and left our order. They were very professional and more importantly they took great care unloading and were actually 5 min early. Just wanted to brag on them and please let them know how much we appreciate it. We will definitely be back in the future and recommend you highly. We came into your store to look for living room furniture but did not find anything in the showroom. We did find a set we really liked online and your salesman Gary went above and beyond to make sure we knew the type of material and how the couch felt since we could not see in person. I came across Gary at Kassa from an online search after failed visits to local furniture stores!! Gary was super helpful, honest and ordered me exactly what I wanted!! Items I couldn’t find anywhere, Gary got them for me! Delivery hasn’t happened yet, but I assume it will be flawless like my purchase experience! The prices were amazing!! I was lucky to get his expert steer in terms of quality, the pieces we bought will last us a long time at great prices! All pieces were in stock so we got a fast delivery that worked with our schedule. Same or better quality than other stores but with personalized customer service. After looking and visiting at so many furniture stores in Houston and Katy I decided to go with Kassa Mall Furniture. They have the largest selection and the lowest price. Plus, they are great people to do business with. Christian th owner is a great man, he helped me throughout the entire process until I received all my order. I will definitely come back

KM found a suitable option after what I wanted was out of stock. The distributor sent an incorrect piece and KM helped me get the correct piece shipped. No idea how well the sofa will hold up but it looks just like the picture.
